500g peeled bananas
¼ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
125g butter
1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon powder

Love the recipe. Bananas are practically free they are so inexpensive. We use them for American style banana bread and I combine them with protein drinks for delicious nutritious shakes.
