I am not partial to marine notes and I lived by the shore for a long time. I would choose very different notes to emulate the shore. Not every one smells the same thing

Great video content and lots of fragrances that are “new” to me. Thank you. I totally agree that Dior Homme is one of the best fragrances ever… iris based scents are my favorite. Curiously, I rarely get compliments when wearing Iris fragrances. Maybe those of us with “refined nostrils” have the best appreciation for Iris. lol.
Great video and excellent choices, Joe! Nothing strange about wearing Amourage to bed. I just wore Memoir Man to bed last night and its a great relaxing scent to fall asleep with especially due to mint and lavender along with the soothing woods base. Let Sebastian give you a sample and go to bed with it. 🙂🙂

He's a great perfumer but I don't enjoy much of his marine scents. They are overdosed in calone which smells like sulphuric fish to me. Gag inducing grossness!
Santal Royal was a bit too floral for me. So I went with Bois Mysterieux. Much spicier. With Santal Royal I thought it would be a big Oud and Sandalwood like Eight and Bob Egypt. Not at all.

All of colonias flankers are great too. Very cheap online. I use them for morning freshies.

Hard to believe an Alberto Morillas fragrance is horrible 😆. I love most of his stuff.
