  • Perform squats to improve strength, mobility, function, control and balance. Correctly performed squats engage nearly the entire lower body, including: glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, and core.
    Exercise Instructions:
    • Stand with feet shoulder width apart - in front of a stable support for balance assist if needed. Bend your knees and lower your body towards the floor. Your body weight should be mostly directed through the heels of your feet.
    • Return to a standing position.
    • While performing the squat, your knees should bend in line with the 2nd toe and not pass the front of the foot.
