    You are doing so well! I used to work in a physio clinic, and boy oh boy exercises sure do make a difference! Keep up the good work. I’m happy to hear you so motivated and the fact you are improving will motivate you even more. Onward…..to knitting! ☺👍🥳

    I'm so sorry to hear about your injury Dale. I'll be praying for your healing. ❤ I had shoulder surgery last Nov and am still exercising to regain range of motion. The exercises are a game changer. Reaching behind my back is still a goal. Thank you for the encouraging video.

    Thank you so much for this, Dale!! I’m about 5 years older than you, and my shoulders (one more than the other) are getting tight and sore often. I will definitely start the exercises you demonstrated, and look forward to improved range of motion and less pain😊

    I am sorry that you are having thus problem, I understand you as I have broken my shoulder when I was 19 and at 63 I still have problems with it. Just persist with the exercises. I wish you all the best.😊 hugs 🫂

    Hi Dale, so happy to see how you are doing much better and thank you for sharing these exercises. I tried them and was surprised at how limited I have become. I know that I can’t do what I used to be able to do and it is so frustrating. If I do these exercises it will be interesting to see if I have any improvement. Thanks again 💕

    You are so much stronger then you realise! I'm 33 and I struggle in the morning to lift one of my legs, sometimes even during the day I can't raise it to put my shoe on. This has given me alot of hope that if I stick to stretching it, I can improve that. Your channel was recommended to me by a lovely lady I've got to know and I'm so glad she mentioned you. I love the sock you made for your cane too and all the beautiful things in the background. I look forward to tuning in to more videos x
