From my barista days, 60-65 is pretty standard for a milk coffee. 70 tops for “tourist” coffee. Anything more and the milk begins to taste burnt. Espresso extracts best between 90-95, depending on the grind and the beans (in case you were wondering, which you probably weren’t 😂) So your machines are spot on! And, if you’re happy, that’s the best thing. Thanks for the comparison. Those little pod machines have come a long way.
That is the way they do the latte. The cappuccino mix is the other way around with coffee coming out first and it mixes. I like the line of coffee in the latte.

Cook your milk to long, you get fresh baby poo!😮
I’m in such a need for this that I bought it and it’s hot and perfect if you can’t use your hands like me very well so it’s the EVO.
And in delonghi you can change temp in setting. From factory you're not getting the hottest water so you can change that and get even hotter beverage
I wonder if coffee being pourd first made a difference.
I do believe it does - has something to do with the milk and the separation or mix in of milk.
Hi, do you know how to adjust the milk frother?
Hmm. I haven't tried. I didn't know you could on this model. I will have a look
Wait till you try real coffee beans. Those coles bought ones are meh OK, fresh roasted beans from a local roster are amazing.!
Yes - I only have coles at the moment. I will have to find a local roaster
You won't regret it! And thank you for the videos, I found them very helpful in deciding on one of these machines.
I am glad they helped. @@2002darkness
Wow, why does my milk come first on the Evo and there is a distinct line?

@@beajay1179 I’m sorry, but I get milk first every time, doesn’t matter it’s latte or capa.
@@doveseye.4666 hmm. must be the version you have, there are so many different ones
@@beajay1179 I wonder why?
