They really do. They really try to trap therapists into working more for them but it’s massively underpaid
She's the queen of empty and unethical brand partnerships. a true girl boss
But it makes therapy cheap and more accessible for people who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford it--I don't really see the harm. If they don't want to work for Betterhelp they don't have to

that jen still continues and gushes over betterhelp is the biggest disappointment. i'm sure she's in a position to be more intentional with her sponsors i just wish she chose more ethical brands

The top is gorgeous! Regarding truths, great to receive external opinions and filtering is key regarding discernment on what to keep or not keep.
My fav one is “I bless you and release you.” Learning to let toxic and narcissistic people go should be a life skill that people of all ages should LEARN. They’re not worth you. You deserve a reciprocal relationship or a healthy relationship because toxic ones will stunt your overall growth and ruin your overall wellbeing.
What would you do however if this person is your supervisor?? Your company and people are amazing, but you ended up with the worst narcissistic supervisor who feels threatened by you?

I used Better Help. I don’t know what the claims are, but I know it made therapy more accessible to me. I think it does for a lot of people. I also know someone who is a therapist on that platform, and she’s happy with her work….

It’s so interesting how much time people spend overanalyzing life thinking they can iron out every imperfection to avoid every pitfall or “wasted” minute not being productive or hyper efficient. As much great things you can glean from these super rich young people giving these pointers everyday, I would not want to have their lives. I feel the rigidity, pressure for perfection and tightness from a million miles away

Don’t you just love it when you click a video and it’s always “sponsored”. What happened to genuine connection. I just don’t understand RUclipsrs anymore. They’ve become unrelatable. I don’t need therapy, I just pray.
What happened is more people have youtube as their job as opposed to many years ago. At the end of the day even if it's content they want to share it's still business. What can you do 🤷♀️ Either you want to consume or not right? There's lots of smaller vloggers who don't really do sponsorships but those aren't their point of income anyway!

I think a lot of your viewers really love hearing you discuss life lessons, personal topics, etc. If you want to keep your romantic and family life private, perhaps you could have a running Q&A series with your RUclips friends about different topics (grief, relationships, life in your 30s, fashion advice, parenting etc.) That way, we still get your perspective on things but you can keep Lennon and family private.

The only one I disagree with is “how you do one thing is how you do everything”, I’ve never found that to be true across the board and the only people I know who believe that also have confirmation bias and see it in place that I would argue objectively prove them wrong lol but the end of the day it’s whatever works for you
