if i remember correctly, the Ultra preset use dlss/fsr quality. i think its the same for high but medium use dlss/fsr performance. for low i dont know. with my rx6800 ultra true native ( native fsr AA ) i was getting 50ish fps in 1440p. with FSR quality to render at 1080p i had a average of 67fps. the problem it just the huge dip in the low 40s in town area and grass heavy zone. to had a trully locked 60fps experience, i had to play with fsr Performance which render the game in 720p. playing in 720p for a locked 60fps on a rtx 3080 equivalent is not what i called good optimisation. for your 3060ti in medium, you basically render the game at 500p to get a trully smooth experience. what you notice is that going from ultra to medium you don't gain that much performance ( in the grass area you go from 43 in ultra to 50 in medium even tho the graphic setting are way lower and that the rendering resolution is lower too ), it is typical of a CPU bottleneck.
it's usually around 10-15 fps. You might want to check comparison videos between the two GPUs to give you an idea. Try this: ruclips.net/video/Z5jYZue3muE/видео.html
Hi, do u have framegen on ? i had this problem where i was always around 80 to 100% cpu usage, after turning framegen off it got back to a normal of 50 to 70%

i have a question, my cpu is a ryzen 7 7700 and my gpu a RX 7800 XT. on ultra settings in 1440p with framegen i have like 140 to 180 fps, but the weird thing is my cpu usage is around 85% up to 100% in populated area. ur cpu usage barely go up to 75%, is this normal ? the temp of my cpu is stable at 55-60°

1080p is the standard all around highly used resolution for all gamers man also the 3000s is old at as the ps5 so the ps5 even struggles with 1440p or higher they are recommended for 1080 p I see no problem here.

Try FSR frame gen with 70% scale and all ultra
Its important to say what upscaling method are you using, or if you are using frame gen or not.
If he’s using it it says it at the end of each section under need the average fps results. He didn’t use frame gen once.

CPU load always on 80-100% on my pc.

Great!. Its using dlss or is native resolution?
DLSS enabled, no frame gen (not available).
I have the exact same setup as u , gpu, cpu etc. why do i have on avarage like 20 fps less on high? MY CPU consumtion is way higher then yours
He´s using dlss.
If not the in-game settings (I used preset settings + dlss), try updating drivers or closing background applications.
did you overclock your GPU?
nope
Love that ultra gets like 85 but low only gains like 5-8fps, thanks for the benchmark, glad to see that they didn't fix much of anything.
my benchmark close when i put on ultra :(
Rtx 3060ti and r7 5700X3D here, any solution?
I haven't really encountered this issue but you might want to update drivers, verify your game files, or tinker with your upscaling settings in game.

if the 3060TI can only render 46fps
and for example the cpu can handle 120fps
then the GPU will be working 100% of the time to render 46/46fps
while the CPU will be working only 38% of the time to render 46/120fps
your GPU can render 160fps on average
while your CPU can do 213fps max
so while your GPU is working 100%
your CPU is working 75% to deliver 160fps out of its maximum capacity to deliver 210fps

playable but I do wish it gets more optimized.
