My favorite thing in that unit is the Roseville pottery vase. I've been wanting a Roseville piece for a few years. It can be spendy. You can be B.B. King just like the late singer 😂 My favorite glass piece was the candy dish but that bowl is beautiful too. Take care Wade and family. It's so cool to watch somebody that's local ❤

I bought a service for 8 plus all the extras for $25 at a yard .Past experience has shown me that piecing out sets is way more profitable, if you have the time to do it that way. I sold the butter dish ,S&P ,creamer and sugar,platters and serving bowls individually for $22-$39 each . I sold the salad plates and bowls in sets of two for$23-$30 . Sold a cup and saucer together for $10 each and I sold each dinner plate for $23 . I did offer discounts if buyer purchased multiple pieces. I’m up to $723 in sales before fees and I still have a few more pieces listed with several watchers . If the last pieces don’t sell by the end of the month I will send out offers. When all is said and done I will have made close to $800 for a $25 purchase. So happy for you👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😃
Another fun unit! GV: I think the floral pattern on the Mikasa set does look a bit like a Dogwood flower...there are pink & white varieties. The heirloom varieties of roses are also single petals, making them look similar to Dogwoods.

My sister used to have a collection of cows called moo moos back in the 80’s. Grandma is right about making lots out of those beanie babies. People collect all different types.
🎉I used to make Scottish tablet it's a bit like a harder fudge very sweet can't do it anymore too much stirring lol but I passed on the family recipe to my daughter 🎉😊
I would say while Mikasa is very good quality, I'd put it in the same resale value & quality category as Noritake. But as you know, it all depends on how in demand or rare the pattern may be. I just checked an a 35 piece set of "April Rose" which I think is the set you've got sold on Ebay for $135. Then a set of 4 dinner plates sold for $80. Pretty good! 👍
I gave all my beanie baby's to the police department. They split them up between cars to give to kids when something has them all upset. You could make a donation.
That trinket box with the moon in it. Apparently they are quite rare and especially hard to find them with the little pieces inside. I think locker nuts have found them in the past
