If it was possible to have your videos translated in different languages i would recommend doing so there are people around the world that have no idea whats happening to black/african people. Tbh i used to be the "Black White person" they looked at me as equal i thought but when i left my bubble i realised that i am black and if certain people get the chance will kill me just as quick as somebody that accepts their African/Black roots. I want to share this juice recipe with my peoples as a lot of us have blood pressure and other health issues...It is very effective for lowering blood pressure and counteracting many health issues....I have a Breville brand juicer from Home Depot, it works very well ...here is the recipe It will fill up a mason jar (32 ounces)Tastes good...This acts as natural medicine!!! 3 beet roots with leaves one whole head of celery one large cucumber 250-300 ml of coconut water 2 apples 2 lemons 1/2 bunch of asparagus Drink this mixture 3-5 times weekly...It is potassium rich and dilates blood vessels causing blood pressure to lower in 24 hours
