NDNA: June 2024 Freeform

I tend to be a pretty busy guy at work--there's always a few projects (and then some!) that need my attention, plus the usual list of emergency situations or on-the-spot training sessions that need to be given... Sometimes, that means I have difficulty getting around to some particularly tricky projects! So, how do I deal with that?
Today's special: Tuits and spoons! (Specifically, the circular tuits--no other shapes really work for these purposes.) Some of the terminology might be unfamiliar, but no matter how you refer to it, we need to break down how much focus we need for each project, so that we can try to get enough undistracted time to make progress!
