I just paid for pico8 yesterday in preparation for when my rgb30 comes in that I just recently ordered. I absolutely am addicted to bustin (the ghostbusters game) but I was glad to find this video for some recommendations of other games to try.
@@someonelsy the pico8 program is $15. She talks about this in the video. You can play them free on your web browser or attempt to play them with the fake08 emulator (it doesn't work very well in my experience) but the best way is the paid app.

Buying a license in the case of Pico-8 allows you to download the software (including it's game/cartridge making capabilities & cartridge browser) to Windows, Mac, Linux, and Raspberry Pi, the later of which can run on the rgb30 Handheld that was mentioned above. You can still play Pico-8 games online using their website, but what you can do with them beyond that is limited. I hope this was helpful. 😁

Ive loved the game bas i was playing way before you told me. Im glad it made the list😊.and also my high score on bas is 404 for some reason my brain just clicks with the game😊
On MM+, a lot of Pico 8 games freeze on startup with a black screen w/ Onion v4.3. For example, Super Disc Box. It's a pain cuz there's no reset button and it's not easy to disconnect the battery. Also could you explain how you got Splore to work?
.... Every rgb30 6 in total ive had to return ....Some failed b4 the return window ended ....Others failed after the return window ....from no longer charging .... to all sound going away and not returning even after all troble shooting fixes were tried and still no sound .... To Charging To 100% Then RGB30 Would Not Turn On The Next Day And Will Not Turn On Still ....
Making developers work voluntarily for something you earn money from is not a good business practice. There is nothing there but a software. If they also let developers to sell their games it would be acceptable. If they made it free I would have happily donate and promote it. If they made the games paid and take their commisions, then again I would love to use it. It seems like a good deal at first but it is unethical for me and that makes it pretty unattractive.

The He-Man game is actually a reskinned port of a much older game called death sword. Sometimes, Barbarian. Great game, and love the He-Man theme.
