If trash bag is really full then error msg won't disappear sir.. whether you delete all error. After few seconds it will come back until you clear that trash bag
Ohh it means deebot motherboard WiFi module not functioning...its not app issue...in this case motherboard need to replace because module built-in with motherboard.
i have the white screen issue as well... but only when selecting - App alarms or settings...... i can start my X1 omni from app. is this also a motherboard fault?
Brother I don't have ecovacs but I have eufy robovac 11, I have it's charging adapter but no hub. I am not able to reset it help
How do you fix alarms thag doesn’t give you that message? I have a mop not installed alarm and the trash bag alarm is full but they don’t go away

Too bad the app doesnt work properly and when you click on an alarm it goes to a blank white screen. Been nonfunctional for almost a year now!

@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278same here. Everything works. But the alarm goes to a blank page. Clearly a software bug
