You can't colour over lines in an image that you opened with an app. She had to have traced them herself. Also it's hard to colour in an image in Ms Paint. I believe she traced them herself.

I think if you want to add details for Ocellus and Yona then Ocellus's shell should be a backpack and then for Yona her horns are a headband but they are just hiding in her hair. But overall great work! ^-^

To do that. You know the eraser part is white, click that and make it whatever colour you want or use the tool that gets the exact colour from the image already there. The normal colour part has to be the colour you want to change. Hold right click while going over the colour you want to change. That should do it
