That stretch between Lee Bay and Morte Point is both tough and spectacular.
Agreed. Stunning!
Enjoyed the video, Combe Martin to Woolacombe is one of my favorite walks.
The trails stating to look wild.....them cliffs are awesome!!! 👣
When I got into Newquay after being on that path. Sensory over load. Weird man
Great videos. I will be doing it in May. how long did each day take roughly.
Thanks, I would say I'm an average hiker, not fast or slow. I'm usually on the trail 7ish. An early finish would be 3pm. A longer day about 7pm. I do get distracted by pubs tho! The cicerone guide book times were fairly accurate for me.
@Gone Hiking hi, thankyou for the reply.thats what I was thinking it would take. thanks again.
Did you do any wild camping along the trail from Lynton to Bude?
No I stayed in campsites or hostels, the section from Westwood ho! to polzeath is probably one of the most remote...
Do you plan where you’re going to camp and pre book or just turn up to a campsite and hope they have space?
Hi. I just turned up. Usually had no problems with campsites. Didn't want to be on a fixed schedule. It was out of the school holiday season tho.
Gone Hiking Great thank you!
Love the videos! What are you filming with?
Filming on Samsung S9 phone.
Yes
What was the name of the campsite you stayed at please is Woolacombe?
Hi, I think it was Woolacombe Sands Holiday Park.
@@gonehiking9297 thank you I ended up pushing onto Croyde that day
