Top priority: look for the dirtiest workplace you can find. Second: make sure that every component ends up in the dirt at least once. Third: try to squeeze any o-rings into suitable grooves. Note: sand is the best lubricant.
I am in awe of the skill, teamwork and quality of work these guys achieve in such "primitive" conditions. I wonder what they would make of a European workshop?

Looks like it was 'professionally' repaired before. With the amount of cheater-bar that guy had to apply to get those just loose to even begin with. Maybe invest in some air tools? The WHOLE assembly should have been removed my mechanical means. This is beyond crude. Using a screwdriver to separate the collar from the cylinder shaft? Yea, gonna need to send that to a machinist to machine flat again - on both sides. I'd be here all day critiquing. Just here for the comments.......... Ok - edit: For the love of god, they did't even hone the cylinder???????
I'm guessing that in Pakistan, used engine oil is repurposed as hydraulic oil.

The barrel is completely gone and the whole system should be checked and cleaned
