As a concept trainer, I teach dogs to play a game I call "Middle Bowling." In this game, the dog is cued to go under my legs, which helps them develop focus, confidence, and optimism. It’s an excellent way to reinforce proximity and teach the dog not to jump while promoting a more desirable alternative behavior.
