My wife and I live in a 26ft no slide class c. We enjoy it but you really need to like each other.
100%!!
Good for you guys to be able to adapt from a class A to your small class C. I know hubby and I couldn't do that. We are part time travelers as we still have a sticks and bricks. We have a 44 ft Dutch Star Diesel Pusher. I can also see how getting into campgrounds and RV parks would be much easier too. Safe Travels.
Thank you. It’s definitely not for us going forward. Looking forward to switching back to our dp in a few weeks. Safe travels and have a wonderful Labor Day weekend!😊
Well done and thank you. In all honesty if you had been driving your pusher to Alaska I probably wouldn’t have followed your journey. I just prefer something smaller. I’ve got an old 19 ft. Chev class C. I’m also very glad i stumbled across your channel. You two seem like genuine good folks.
Thank you! Your Chev class C seems perfect for your travel wants/needs. We’re glad you stumbled across our channel as well. Safe travels and have a wonderful Labor Day weekend!😃
Looks like you have figured it all out! Haha Katrina, I’d be watching a murder mystery or dateline or something, too! The flip out in the kitchen is extra nice! Tucker sure has found his place ❤ I’m guessing you’re excited to get back into the pusher!! The Trend has really thought of a lot of extras that make a small space bigger and more useable! ~Pam
Omg, you have no idea how much we miss our dp! Well, then maybe you do.🤣 Hope your enjoy your mini vacation with your daughter.🥰
8 years, 23 ft airstream, 2 70 lb dogs. Yes u can do it!!!
Thanks for the vote of confidence!😁
I really enjoy following your travels and you are really lovely people to listen to. I admit I follow RVers to see where you go more than the rigs you live in. We couldn't even live back in suburbia after living on our 7 acres for the last 37 years. Each to their own hey :) We both have individual hobbies, dogs and a cat. I have a 20' x 40' craft shed and have no idea how I would pare down what I have to live in such as a small space, let alone my husband's things. We love to travel and I'm hoping to get back over to Canada and the US next year. I wish you all the very best in your small home and I think you are coping really well in the space you have. I do despair that Tucker doesn't live a dog's life though. But, I feel that with all the RVers I follow who have furkids. Have been enjoying your Canada and Alaska travels very much.
Thank you so very much for watching and taking the time to leave a comment. I totally get loving your property and especially your craft shed. I miss that part of traveling this way. Being a weekend warrior or sometimer would be awesome as well. Enjoy those fur babies and have a great Labor Day weekend!😃
Yes, I live in a 24 foot Coachman cross Trail 20 CB and it is tight but I live full-time. You both have a place to call home and a bigger RV to store other things in. When people live in an RV full-time and they don’t have a warehouse or a home or somebody else’s storage They really need to downside and learn how to downsize.
Completely understand where your coming from. We are very fortunate to have the things we have and very much appreciate it.
I would lose my mind in something that small. Glad you guys are able to enjoy it.
We had a great time traveling in the little rig but definitely wouldn't want to live in it full time.
I like your smaller rig, but I think I’d like to have just a little bit more space as I have two large dogs and myself. But going to Alaska and doing what you’re doing maybe a small rig does make more sense and take a big rig along. So I think it was a good investment. I’m enjoying your videos and learning from you and I like your style of doing your videos. You’re both a fun couple to watch and continue making wonderful videos.
Totally agree you may want a small rig with a slide or two. It would make your pups much more comfortable. We have enjoyed traveling through Alaska in our small rig but looking forward to switching back into our larger one in a few weeks. Tucker says he's had just about enough.😁 Glad you've decided to follow our journey through Alaska with us. We very much appreciate you taking the time to watch and leave a comment. Safe travels and have a wonderful Labor Day weekend!
Thanks for the walkthrough 😊
Thank you and thanks for watching!😊
I have a 24 ft class c getaway vehicle that I am pretty sure I could live in for quite a while. This was very reassuring. Thank you.
You can do it!
I really like your RV; I really enjoyed this video and thank you for the tour of it and inviting us in; I love your dog.
Thank you so much!❤
I installed a 12v fridge in my outside compartment, its on a slide and i use it as an extra freezer, works great
That sounds like a great upgrade!
We have a Lance 1995 which is 220 square feet and we love it. Granted, we aren’t full timers.
Nice! For use this rv would work better for shorter trips.
Our class c is just a little bigger winnebago, main difference is walk around bed. But other than that similar in size. Glad to see your C work so well for full time. We still only camp 3 to 4 day at time 10 to 14 times over the season. We look forward to in a year or so doing much longer time traveling.
See you do so well in a bit smaller RV gives us hope it will work. Safe travels
Actually we still have our dp and will be switching back to it in a few weeks. If we are completely honest we would not want to live full time in such a small rv.
Thank you so much for showing the realistic views of living and traveling in this size rig!
Definitely some challenges but well worth it! Thanks for watching. Have a wonderful Labor Day weekend.😊
@@oureverydaygetaway It definitely looks like it is worth it! Thank you. You too!
We do a lot of what you do in our 24 ft Rig! We do make it work. Our layout is just a bit different to make things easier. Thanks for sharing!
Bless you guys for making it work full time. We couldn’t do it for that amount of time.
Great video! I was wondering how you both like living in the Class C motorhome but I think you answered it. I would do it. I love Class C motorhomes. I love fifth wheels. I class As too! At least with the Rv you have you can get in tight spots and I love that. If you go where to Canada or Alaska. I love your Rv because I love that bunk that’s cute. I didn’t know that was there. It’s cute. Love that pantry it’s cute and it’s nice. I see how you can live in it. Not bad at all. My dog sleeps on a bed or the floor too! It might be because it’s too hot fur them on a bed so they lie on the floor. Thank you for this video. Hope you have a great week and have a great Labor Day Weekend.
Thanks Sherri! It’s been wonderful for this trip but ready to get back to our dp. Have a wonderful Labor Day weekend!😃
Everything looks organized. That's all that important. Is all about the basics needs .
True but wow it’s really tight!😁
Hey guys the inside is actually much roomier then I thought as far as comfortably able to sleep 6 and you can visit nicely with 6 if it was bad weather outside. I really like this option a lot for taking to places in which you can easily maneuver around with a smaller rig. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks guys! It worked very well for us during our time in Alaska/Canada.
Chris's cabinet is organized chaos 😂. Phooey on baskets lol.
Love your rv, sure is cute inside.
Amazing how fast small spaces become instant messes. It's like how the heck did that happen so fast! But then y does it take double the time to put it all away! 😂 🍻
And we cleaned up things before we filmed!🤣🤣
Great video! Full time here. We are camp hosts…….Florida State Parks. ❤
Thank you! Camp hosting in FL would be awesome in the winter months.😊
You can absolutely do it! Hey Friends!😊
He guys!! Thank you. Hope to see you both at the Hershey show.😃
Great video! To small for me. Safe travels!
It’s definitely not for everyone. Thanks for watching!😃
great video thank you!
Thank you!😊
Great job, are y’all going back to the class A anytime? My wife would absolutely kill me not enough room.
Thank you! Switching back to our dp in a few weeks. Luckily for us we still like each other!🤪
@@oureverydaygetaway not like love, we’ve been married 43 years and dated 4 patience is truly a virtue!
hmmm....I thought you started out in a class A gasser.😉 COULD I do it??? Sure....WOULD I do it???? HELL NO!!! Of course we never plan on full time but our 3414 is JUST the right size for us. Not want anything bigger but really like the 34' over the 29' we had before. Nice haircut.😀
Yup we started out with a gasser. Oh come on, it would be perfect for your drive to FLin the winter!🤪 What you don’t want to see Chris with a pony tail??🤣
In my personal opinion...... You can...... but..... It all depends on how you get along with your partner. We also have a mini van which holds alot of "stuff" . 😊. Safe travels. We do drive separately which is a downfall..,......,or not. Lol.
After a year or more in this rv we may not be speaking.🤪 Fortunately we’ll be switching back to our dp in a few weeks. Safe travels!😃
Great job and an opinion. I love my Beastie Boy... There's something about having Two bathrooms that appeals to me , Helen says she could deal with one., but she would be hogging it all the time ..LOL Mines 40' and really haven't any issues, of course I never plan and we are able to boondock wherever. LOL
Thank you! Chris says we could do with one bathroom while full time living but let me tell you after this trip we definitely can not!🤣
@@oureverydaygetaway 😂😂😂🤣
I could live in it full time. Just the right size.
Awesome!!😃
Hi cousins!! Real time- when ya comin’ back through the Midwest from Alaska- or have you already? Love to see you and catch up, missed ya a couple years ago.
Hey there cuz!
Unfortunately we’re quickly driving back to MD so I can get to my doctor. Having some kind of bad reaction to something. Love, love, love to see you and catch up! Hopefully we’ll see each other next July at Bill and Kesha’s for a cousin reunion. Miss you!
Oh goodness you got a haircut! I'm just a little over 1 minute into your video and couldn't help myself.😅
He couldn’t take it anymore!😁
Way too small for me but I’m glad it works for you guys. Are you still in Alaska?
Completely understand. No, we are currently in WY headed to CO then off to the Hershey show.
Good timing to see if we’d survive 😂
May we suggest something a tad larger with slides!😁
You guys made it work! Will you sell this one when you get back to the Class A since your Alaska trip is over?
Yes, this one goes on the market asap. See you guys at the Hershey show.😃
@@oureverydaygetaway looking forward to it!
Great video. But there’s no way I could live in that small space with a large dog and the hassle of moving things around to take a shower. My wife showers early in the morning & later at night.
It’s definitely tight. Worked well for us on this trip but honestly can’t wait to get back to our dp. 😁
Do you have a small BBQ somewhere? Did you sell your class A? I don't remember... I think it is too small to live in full time, part time on long travel would not be a problem, but all the time, year after year, I would get fed up being a minimalist.😉
Nope, no bbq in this rig. Nope, we still have our dp. 100% agree! Looking forward to returning to our dp in a few weeks.
Loved
Thank you!❤️
It was just an RV tour.
Yes, and they chose to do it. Just a video to push out some content.
True. We’ve had people ask to see the inside of our rig and how we make it work.
I want to know what's next???
That’s the question…. Definitely something bigger!😁
Nope, I just couldn’t do that small space. Our 32 foot travel trailer is way too small for me. I need at least 40 feet to be comfortable, especially if we were full-timers.
We couldn’t agree with you more! Tucker is sooo ready to travel in our dp. Way too small for him.😁
Will you go back to living in the Class A when you get home?
Absolutely! This small of an rv would work full time for us. We’d end up killing each other!🤣
Nope, no way could I live full-time in either of your RVs! Too used to space. :)
Oh come on! You could it!😁
Do you carry solor? Do you have room on top?
We use a portable solar panel that works wonderfully. Only had to use our generator 2 or 3 times during this trip.
That would not work for me. I love to cook, and want my shower.
Definitely not for everyone. We do miss our dp.
Do you still own your larger rig?
Yes. Looking forward to getting back to MD and switching back.
Good video... Shot me an email when you get a chance. Still hoping to meet up sometime this winter...
Thank you! Hey Judy! We are so bad about getting in touch while traveling. We’ll be at the “2025 United Rally” in Arizona this January. Would love to see you there if you’re in the area. Can send more information if you like.😊
You have TOOOOOO much stuff.
lol! Oh come on!😁
