The Peralez side gig is probably one of the scariest things I've encountered in a video game. You aren't facing an enemy that can be beaten with your resources. It's something so completely beyond you. Nevermind the horror aspect of people secretly being inside your home, subtly changing your mind a little bit over time. It's no wonder Peralez becomes so paranoid at the end. It's kinda sad. His wife really does care about him, but now that V planted the seed of doubt in his mind he can't even bring himself to trust her anymore. Poor guy. The deck was stacked against him.
Yeah people constantly cite River’s side gig as the creepiest, which I’d rather say is disturbing than anything. This one is definitely the creepiest. The thing is - what if the Rogue AI has already completly taken over his wife, and she really did start doing all those things Peralez mentioned at the end. Sure, he thinks that she's plotting with 'them' but it's more likely that she's already a puppet, following the orders, to comoletly overtake Peralez. I mean, considering he is so paranoid now, I think it's way harder to gain control over his brain, so the Rogue Ai really feeds him those pills and shit, to also overtake him by the end. Would be a fitting end to all of this. Considering we will get a new Cyberpunk game in 2027/28, it's safe to say that it will result into being exactly that - Rogue Ai, Alpha Centauri - overtaking Night City and it's people. We will go to outer space and meet So Mi and Garry, held hostage there. And we will fight Peralez and Blue Eyes, Peralez most likely being on a high position, and we have to take him down because he's completly in control of the Blackwall. That's my theory for now.

When you are in the facility with the big a.i device one of the computers have a message saying that the ai has been hacked by alien intelligence and is why the ai is out of control.
Whenever someone in cyberpunk is connecting to the net there eyes glow, so that would mean that Mr blue is constantly connected to the net, meaning he’s been taken over by an AI, finding a way to cut the link from inside the net would be the best way to beat an AI possessed person.
Or he is just a proxy, just like a doll was for Hanako. Either way, there is very likely a link to someone or something on the net somewhere. Also, it would be foolish to run around in a localized corporal body, because of the risk of flatlining. Everything must be stored off-body in a cloud at a safer place. Hence the convenient choice for a remote connection / proxy.

I ran across someone who said Mr .Blue eyes talks to Judy after Evelyn’s death.I’ve haven’t had a chance to check that out yet. Later if you call Judy she says Elizabeth calls her about Bd Virtues .Gary says after the accident he can hear there plans .Maybe they get in contact with Judy to improve such technology and V is the Guinea pig during the Scuba diving quest V can hear Judy’s memories or thoughts. Also the Neurologist or whatever durning the Peter Pan quest with River the Dream Technology I think is comes into play with Peralez .(Judy and Peter Pan are from the same town that ended up under water) in Dogtown there’s a CyberPsycho named Garry ( poor Gary’s lol) also talking about how he can hear “Them” talking Telepathically also out to get him .Dead body near with cloths that look like the ones from FF.06.B5 saying “Fluids do not contain Human Genetic Material “ also just a thought with the Reptilians ( known for shape shifting ) I wonder if they Prophet Garry) are just talking about NUSA and the Technology Alex and Reed and V use with talking the Twins Place that maybe Garry seen used .Dunno but, can’t wait till everything comes together ( also I think the Relic is more then just a Soulkiller and is from the Blackwall Hanako and Saburto talked about destroying it before it fell into the wrong hands .Johnny is alive as well as Alt . Guessing or hoping that V is about to become the Biggest Legend in the world or Hopefully not biggest Villain . One last part also think Mr. hands has a bigger roll in this then just a fixer . And I’m done have more thoughts but it would get long lol😅
@@dblackhand6419 one last little thing is I think V caused the Problem with Delamain when Vick and Del were trying to save Vs life also we know from Phantom Liberty why there using such a complex system just for a cab Company and it was classified from the twins quest in there rental cars that there are satellites for them through out the whole city ( great way for Rogue A.I to get around ) also a note the building you wait for them is a called Orion ( second o is missing ) I think Songbirds A.I on the moon is a Delamain in the Taxi on the way to Vicks at the end where V turns to a common folk you call ask Del how he was during Vs absents he says “ doing well from time to time he picks up signals from the other Dels and that there always evolving One of them Even left Earth 👀 I personally think it’s the one that hates Flamingoes they show up a lot in Phantom liberty and I mentioned it a part where there is a burning flamingo people near working on a Truck that Mysteriously blows up after the people scream what’s going on .Also when rounding the cars a Del goes you are alone all alone if you betray Songbird and the Chimera comes after you it says the same thing .. ok noooow I’m done .I might like this story and mystery a little to much 😆
Might I add something? I think the heist was actually a trap, no matter who would've done it, it was rigged from the beginning and not from the Voodoo Boys, they were also used, the only two endings that Mr. blue eyes don't show up are the endings that the corpos won the day, either Arasaka or Militech (NUSA), but most of the other endings the AI won, think a bit, Alt's objective is to reach Mikoshi, same as Johnny's, when you do reach it they gather all they could, the space they needed, and guess what? Mr. Blue Eyes said to V: "we took all we could" guess who were we? The collective AIs, guess who made the black wall? Yes, Alt, you get where I'm getting? My humble opinion is that the canonical ending is both So Mi and the secret ending, mostly because Mr. Blue Eyes shows up and also because I think both V and So Mi are no more. Now thing will get way weirder, remember the real objective of project Cynosure and others? Militech wanted to pierce the black wall and take some things from there, not the only ones, Arasaka too with the Relic project, so their great idea was to turn So Mi into a vessel for the human AI hybrid to do so, is hinted that if you betray her she will become that, guess what, some other character had a similar situation, a character with a relic and an AI with humans instincts inside the brain... OH, that's right, V and So Mi are both hybrids, guess who walked relatively fine after a supposed 2 year coma? You get it? If you do the NUSA ending they will use both to reach the rogue AIs, if you do the Arasaka ending will be something equally similar but only with V and what they already had in Mikoshi, if you do Mr. Blue Eyes endings it will be the rogue AIs using V and So Mi to do the opposite, reach the corpos to gather power.
@@Rrgr5 I agree that this was probably all planned out from the begging by Mr. Blue eyes and the ending that have his appearance are the cannon ending .I think we will see So Mi again .Also wonder what Mr. Blue eyes thought of V becoming a proxy for Songbird and the Blackwall maybe that will come into play again during Orion. Is Songbird and V good host for the A.I s unlike Maelstrom Zaria Hughes with Lilith ( what is the 10 th circle that Lilith concealed from the rest of the Rogue A.I .?) In the new Nomad ending was Alt talking about the Relic when ( Alt said you have something they want but your technology hinders them now they will more then ever speed up there process to get it ) something along that line or do they just mean Vs compatible body but, V before Phantom Liberty didn’t have much chrome and more we have in Phantom liberty we now have V going kinda going CyberPsycho laughing after killing now .
Lol first of all the Peralez's contacted Judy only because they were looking for a BD expert to help them analyze the BD regarding Lucius Rhyne's attempted murder by Horvath in order to search for clues about his death.. when V asked Jefferson why he chose her, he replies "You came recommended..." meaning by Judy after she passed on the job offer. Second, V hearing Judy's thoughts and Judy hearing Johnny's ramblings in their heads is because its a side effect of Judy's new BD scrolling experiment during that quest, Judy even says so herself... it has absolutely nothing to do with Blue Eyes or his technology😂😂 Thirdly Garry may have had a few screws loose but he was not a cyberpsycho, do you even know what the term cyberpsychosis is and what its symptoms are? Maybe don't go too hard on your theories there without first checking the facts..

CDPR made a point to clarify that PL is an expansion, not DLC. Even had Idris Elba say so in a video. They’re working on the sequel now, Project Orion.
I know the AI possessing Songbird is Xelhua, also called the Moon Mother; it was trying to get to Luna to establish a base (Neo Cholula) there. Blue-Eyes may be working with it, or against it; they may be two competing parties vying for control over the material world. Blue-Eyes' work is more... Integration, gentle sneaking-in. Xelhua, I think, wants outright war, and to dominate humanity rather than live alongside them.
Before phantom liberty I thought it’s all about some aliens or something alike, but know I think this is about the Blackwall AIs, especially due to the fact that blue eyes talked to songbird
Dont let songbird to space or she will be used by mr blue eyes organization and wiping her personality so that her ability to use blackwall will be benefit for them
Or maybe rescue her, if a last and final dlc drop uniting all endings in the moon fighting the mega corp of illuminatys like in deus ex. And with that bringing all character from NC with him to figh.
not true . after you send her to moon, same unknown naumber messages you after sometime and give you a gift at the place dogtown you talked to songbird . you get the message from the independent colony in mars i bleive , the faction that faight and got independent by revolution or something ( not remembering the CP lore much these days )
you missing one more, the scene where Mr Blue Eyes monitoring in the kinda office room (space shuttle area), he stand monitoring things looking behind the wall of glass. But after I go inside that room, he nowhere to found. Eh the freaky things, there's 2 enemies inside that room, but that enemies not talking at all with Mr Blue Eyes, seems like Mr Blue Eyes is invisible to them.
I absolutely love this product! It's so well-made and does exactly what it's supposed to. The customer service was also fantastic - they were so friendly and quick to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a top-quality product.
So they say in films everything is subtext. When So Mi was possessed by AIs beyond the Blackwall her eyes turn *red*, the opposite of Mr. Blue Eyes. Blue is also the main color of the hub area VDB used to reach Blackwall, as well as the hub Alt constructed/occupied when she spoke with V and Johnny. If Mr. B is an AI from beyond the Blackwall, he's probably different from Alt, and definitely more stable from the rogue AIs that ate So Mi away. Not a whole lot to go with just from the colors, and Mr. B is still *Extremely Sus* with how deep his reaches can be, but I don't think he's just a regular rogue AI. There's more layers to that onion.
I believe he is connected to Night Corp , the people who built the whole city makes sense they want puppets to run it while they control them and hide behind them(Peralez family) It makes sense I believe.
Great detailed video, thank you. One thing, the Blue eyes Dont fear the Reaper ending is the same as when no Phantom liberty existed and If you kill So Mi in Reeds ending then Blue Eyes would never have gotten the cure from So Mi yet V is doing the mission for the same bargain is my guess.
Imagine if he’s a partial ai construct, a construct like the bartmoss copies copied into a body and in a network, the former being kinda like how v died and the new brain is the actual chip which now used and spliced both engrams (j and v) into the same brain, the latter like alt, all the strengths of an ai and the versatility of still having a human-like mind, making him an extremely dangerous netrunner, if you kill him he will stay alive, he would’ve truly trancended
Wokaaaaaay had no idea this Gary dialogue was whole ass informal quest in itself. I thought Peralez story was supposed to lead us to a hopeful DLC but it's a bloody cliffhanger 😭
Projecty Orion will have place in space, thats why I think sending Songbird to the Luna Station + The Sun ending to become Afterlife legend is a cannon and opener to the new Cyberpunk game. What you think?
i dont think we will see the last of him at all his hands are everywhere notice this though what they were trying to do with peralez lines up exactly with the AI being developed by night corp if anything most of the answers to blue eyes probably ties directly to night corp sandra dorsett knows more then she's letting on about them
Richard "NIGHT" sure as hell left a sh*tty legacy on his own city built by his hands.... HOW BLOODY AMAZING.... SO AMAZING IT HURTS... night corp could be easily the planet's shadow government, and beyond... if it ever wanted to.
honestly the star ending gives me more dread when you realized what Mr Blue Eyes or at least the organization promises V -- ((SPOILER AHEAD)) - - , , , , , , . . . . . . . . . . . . . Most Like the cure Songbird was after/had if not a damned improved version of it yet I can imagine they'd rope V into their doings for god knows what....
Pretty sure Project Obsidian is a reference to the Black Wall and we're going to be dealing with Rougue AI and AI who don't want to fuck us in the ass. I also think the cascino is another Miikoshi complete with more constructs and Rogue AI. We know AI can be held captive because Militech did it.
Which is more interesting that Gaunter O'dim also exist in Cyberpunk Universe alongside with Mr.Blue Eyes . I always thinking there are some kind of correlation beetween them or even more interesting did they have knowledge about each other
In witcher ciri was saying she was in an realm where people had metal in their heads and i saw one time an arcade in game where the rekord was owned by zirael what was ciri's nickname so that mean cyberpunk could be cannonical for witcher gaunter o'dim showed he can shapeshift and said to geralt he is from very far away so maybe he was in every realm and he and mr.blue eyes are the same person
Don’t know if it’s anything to add but the book that inspired cyberpunk neuromancer, spoilers if you intended to read it, at the end when the main characters free the ai, it mentions that its In contact with another ai from the alpha Centauri system. So maybe it is aliens?
Garry found a ring he thought was cool then went to his Doc who thought Garry was part of the group the Doc gives Garry access to the super secret group chat intern drove gallery a little bit coo coo making him who he was when we meet him
Cyberpunk 2 could be the continuation of songbird journey. Probably not with her as a main, I think they used her only as a vessel and got rid of her after
fuck, I did not put two and two together with the peralez quest line and te tv. at first i thought it was just electronic countermeasure so it would not get detected and fried Vs relic chip a little, but the red color, it could be that part of an AI beyond the blackwall is actually in the systems of the surveilance firm, which makes me thinking the firm might be controlled by said AI as well and not under contract from mr. Blue Eyes or something. mr. blue eyes follows you, observes you, but never put you in any harm, blue, red... maybe there is some sort of rogue/benevolent AI thing trying to control forces thing going on, I know sounds a little bit crazy, but the bad AI being demons and the good Ais being angels somewhat... i am not sure we like angels controlling us though... even if for our own good.
There are more People who wear that ring. I think either the last, or one of the last gigs from Regina, where u have to deliver smth to some Chinese Government Agents/Politicians. These People are also wearing that Ring. Makes me really question whats the matter with that ring. And that Mr.Blue Eyes has a Gold one. Maybe that he has a kind of higher status.
Knowing from previous playthroughs that there are consequences for every choice in dialogue, you get to see the difference between informing Jefferson of the true circumstances or going with Elizabeths request to keep him ignorant and tell him it was Holt spying thru SSI. Elizabeth tells you in her last meet up that while they are changing their memories Jeff is a fighter ,and we see if you tell him the truth he never stops fighting but he becomes paranoid and cannot live a normal life anymore. So...knowing that you choose one or the other responses. The game does not make all choices more obvious, such as in PL killing Milko to protect the client, is a worse choice than letting Netwatch agent continue on BECAUSE the game does not have the Netwatch agent state Netwatch will protect your client if you let them continue.

Funny fact: prophet Gary was talking about Alpha Centauri. When you visit Alex in Moth (after slaughter in the space port), in TV (on the wall) there is chief ot Orbit One claiming that they were victims of attack cause of their program of reaching Alpha Centauri :)
When you are in the facility with the big a.i device one of the computers have a message saying that the ai has been hacked by alien intelligence and is why the ai is out of control.
Wow didnt know so many secrets
Bartmoss also said that there was aliens hiding in the subnet.
Lol I thought that was the Illusive Man in the thumbnail 😂
@@antonk.653 I mean when So Mi is telling us about him, she says, "proxy showed up..." so yea he's a proxy. But for who or what, that's still the mystery.
My take is that he's the head of Night corp. He could definately be Richard Night in some sense. I'm sure it'll be revealed in the sequel..
blue eyes is in phantom liberty!?!?!? wow how is this not the BIGGEST NEWS to come out of this release, thats sick, thanks for uploading, champ
I love how Mr. Blue Eyes is Cyberpunks equivalent to the G-Man. We really don't have a clue who he is, or who he works for. All we know is he is extremely powerful, and seemingly follows V the same way G-Man did Gordon.
the endings:
V become the new adam smasher for arasaka
V become a AI
V become a agent for the blue eyes
I think that Mr Blue Eyes for Cyberpunk is someone like Illusive Man for Mass Effect.
Is Mr.Blue Eyes just the origin story of _The Illusive Man_ from the Mass Effect trilogy? 🤔
Really interesting theory
Mr. Blue eyes also appears way back in the cgi trailes, aboard a lunar ship
Yea they been teasing him for years now pretty cool that detail
We need to sign petition to make DLC for mr blue eyes right now. They said PL is last dlc. Gonna be such a huge story to unpack and digest i believe they can make 100hour worth of content.
Agree. Although it’d be much profitable for CDPR to just make an entirely new game rather than next DLC.
Cyberpunk 2078
@@flanekplicha8685 If they go on and make new game it's gonna be a while and they will spend more money developing it on UE5 where the foundation is built already in CP2077. Whatever they do I just hope to see the story behind all this.
A 100 hr long expansion?😂😂 Don't be delusional.. and all the signed petitions in the world won't change the fact that PL is the last expansion for 2077 you're ever gonna see so just wait for the sequel game like everyone else
CDPR made a point to clarify that PL is an expansion, not DLC. Even had Idris Elba say so in a video. They’re working on the sequel now, Project Orion.
@@flanekplicha8685one of the endings already shows 2079 so I'm guessing the sequel is gonna take place at least in the 80s
Oh holy SH** this video was so good, and it made me notice that Peralez' suit is the exact same as Blue Eyes'! Fuuuhhhh!!
funny i chose to "save'' songbird and did Fear the reaper ending ,got played by blue eyes
Theres a theory that Mr blue eyes is Morgan black hand
I know the AI possessing Songbird is Xelhua, also called the Moon Mother; it was trying to get to Luna to establish a base (Neo Cholula) there. Blue-Eyes may be working with it, or against it; they may be two competing parties vying for control over the material world. Blue-Eyes' work is more... Integration, gentle sneaking-in. Xelhua, I think, wants outright war, and to dominate humanity rather than live alongside them.
He really looks like Mass Effect Illusive Man.
Mr Blue Eyes is the person who is going to have more protagonism in the project orion I think.
Is it just me, but he reminds me of The Illusive Man from Mass Effect. I wouldn't be surprised if MBE was inspired by him.
Mr. Blue eyes is escencially G-man from Half Life. And V is just a pawn in his game.
Was really hoping that the DLC would expand on the fear the reaper ending too. Really want to know what V does in the Crystal palace
this missing never started for me... I had the icon and then nothing I gave up
My eyes will become BLUE with that extremely dimmed and dark screen
Before phantom liberty I thought it’s all about some aliens or something alike, but know I think this is about the Blackwall AIs, especially due to the fact that blue eyes talked to songbird
Damn guess i will have to play again later just to spot him. Great work connecting the dots.
This secrets in this game reminds me of those on mass effect saga games
@@StoidatAre those the overworked workers that got tazed for asking for a raise? I'm not sure that's on a moon colony.
@@LucioFGRI don't think the Temperance ending would go well with that.
We didn’t know nothing about real intention and identity of Mr Blue eyes, yours are just suppositions, nothing more.
you missing one more, the scene where Mr Blue Eyes monitoring in the kinda office room (space shuttle area), he stand monitoring things looking behind the wall of glass.
I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a top-quality product.
you didn't check the messages from blue eyes on your computer in your new penthouse
My Blue Eyes gave me Illusive Man vibes the first time I encountered him. Maybe it was the damn eyes..
Noticed that in the devil ending, the guy on the board whos' seat you take when testifying has the ring as well.
How much darkness and unlit areas that could be avoided for easier viewing experience do you want to have in this video?
This fkin channel: yes
Still like to think he’s part of the rogue AIs that are beyond the Black Wall, and they want out.
I believe he is connected to Night Corp , the people who built the whole city makes sense they want puppets to run it while they control them and hide behind them(Peralez family) It makes sense I believe.
If it's A.I. using human proxy in "our world", then it's already out. Think about it.
this game scared me, the storyline is very dark.
Maybe it's bcz it's not just a game..... But in real world too.... Hehe
loved the master of mirrors song theme.
shame we couldn't do Crystal Palace would be awesome as secret last mission
Mr.Blue Eyes DLC... a few missions, maybe extra ending. Take my money!
Bro he is always doing bank transfers
Good one.
30:36 This shit gave me the chills
Nice, but you forgot about the Sandra Dorsett side job 'Full Disclosure', which is definitely related to Mr. Blue Eyes too.
It is. The operation of brainwashing AI has a designation of "Carpe Noctem". Just like?... 3:05
The elusive man
Imagine if he’s a partial ai construct, a construct like the bartmoss copies copied into a body and in a network, the former being kinda like how v died and the new brain is the actual chip which now used and spliced both engrams (j and v) into the same brain, the latter like alt, all the strengths of an ai and the versatility of still having a human-like mind, making him an extremely dangerous netrunner, if you kill him he will stay alive, he would’ve truly trancended
Prepare for unforeseen consequences.
I wish I never saw this video because now I’m terrified and rethinking everything 😂
Gives off heavy G-Man vibes
That's the Illusive Man.
Mr. Blue eyes is the illusive man in his earlier days mystery solved
Interesting since the next dlc was about to be the space heist, maybe more of songbirds and mr blue eyes. Shame we will never see that
Wokaaaaaay had no idea this Gary dialogue was whole ass informal quest in itself.
I think you like many others here, are just reaching😂
i dont think we will see the last of him at all his hands are everywhere notice this though what they were trying to do with peralez lines up exactly with the AI being developed by night corp if anything most of the answers to blue eyes probably ties directly to night corp sandra dorsett knows more then she's letting on about them
Richard "NIGHT" sure as hell left a sh*tty legacy on his own city built by his hands.... HOW BLOODY AMAZING.... SO AMAZING IT HURTS... night corp could be easily the planet's shadow government, and beyond... if it ever wanted to.
honestly the star ending gives me more dread when you realized what Mr Blue Eyes or at least the organization promises V -- ((SPOILER AHEAD)) - -

Gaunter O Dimm energy
Just give us ONE MORE DLC with this conspiracy resolved and a trip to the blue palace damnit!
Blue Eyes or something. mr. blue eyes follows you, observes you, but never put you in any harm, blue, red... maybe there is some sort of rogue/benevolent AI thing trying to control forces thing going on, I know sounds a little bit crazy, but the bad AI being demons and the good Ais being angels somewhat... i am not sure we like angels controlling us though... even if for our own good.
mr blue eyes is prolly the gaunter o dimm of the cyberpunk universe
As people said hes basically Gman of cyberpunk universe
G-Man confirmed in cyberpunk 👨💼
Multiverse chad since Half Life; Alyx
Mr. Hearts of Stone eyes
Maybe that he has a kind of higher status.
the peralez files the same logo as the ring
FYI, Ronald P Malone, the bum dude that tells you about Dogtown and is all over the place selling junk also has one of the rings.
Mr. Blue Eyes is the Cyberpunk 2077
So it's not just me that got Peralez completly turned to black in the ending holocall lol
“Who is, the techno-necromancers? O_O”

isnt JG, the symbol on the rings, is a jinguchi, the popular brand for expensive clothing, probably jewelry?
Why i thought it was the illusive man from mass effect
You missed one which I found, in phantom liberty mission the killing moon before meeting songbird in the van, there is a guy smoking in front sat on the floor. As you walk up his eyes are briefly bright blue and as you get closer he eyes return to normal. But all the time he is watching the van
In every way and choices we can choose we're already fucked up. They're always wins at matters cost
This guy is one incredible Enigma
