I got a 5.25" hot swap bay to put 3.5" and 2.5" hard drives. Electrically it works great. But mechanically, I needed to put some lithium grease on all the friction points to keep the drives from getting stuck inside the computer. The doors are plastic and can easily be break off when trying to eject a drive. The grease helps a lot.
