No lume is a downer. I own another version of this, the SNE039. I don't think it has sapphire but it's lumed. This watch is made for a leather NATO! The lyre lugs set it off.
Nah. It’s perfect for my Tudor BB54. I often wear midsize watches, and this lug to case width ratio is quite common, and for good reason: it just works.

I like this one but also like the SBTM323 which is 39mm, solar, sapphire. Probably a better bracelet and radio controlled.
