CG is RPing wrong that's all there is to it. In 4.0 you're meant to stand in one spot selling weed to NPCs for 9 hrs a day so you can make your gang $1m per week. That way your gang can sink money in to attempting a heist that always loses money. This is important so that the bigger streamers in your gang can get all the POGs in chat at least once per week. It's basic RP.
The warehouse they wanted to get was $1.1M back when property taxes were 1%. Every time someone buys a property all the properties in the area go up and chances are property taxes won't still be 1% so honestly... he should be trying to save up at least $3M.

In fairness their business is dumb trying to monopolize something everyone has access to, try to rob any other groups and expecting that to make them want to go through them, despite not having the capital or man power to clean enough cash to even do it for every group. The real problem is cops have pings for everything and they want to respond to every single one of them cause they are ping chasers, that's why they keep moaning about it. Maybe, just maybe remove pings for low tier crimes and make cops actually talk to people and investigate instead of being lazy.
