    ok so the way that shred is generally misunderstood and it seems you might not know exactly how it works either so hopefully this helps. TFT armour works the same as league's in the sense that the more you have the less effective it is to have more as the formula makes it suffer from diminishing returns . the formula being armour/(100+armour) (this applies to magic resist as well). Lets say you have a backliner with 25 armour and mr in the earlygame. that backliner will be mitigating 25/125*100 = 20% (the *100 at then end to convert the amount to percentage of damage mitigated) so they would be taking 80 damage for every 100 premitigated damage coming at them. if green kayle hit this unit and the effect really did increase damage by 20% then this unit would be taking 96 damage per 100 premitigated which isn't the case. plugging 20 armour into our formula we see that the unit actualy only takes 83.3333 repeating damage per 100 premitigated which is only 4.16% more damage than before. the more armour the target has the higher the increase in damage from shred and sunder. for green kayle to actualy increase damage by 20% the unit has to have 500 armour which is basically double stoneplate galio during ult with loads of units targetting him. But lets say you have a 200 armour tank which is a little more achievable. That unit would b etaking roughly 15% more damage due to the effect of green kayle, and for 100 armour its 11%. early game alost every unit will have alot less than 100 armour, lets say you have a small earlygame frontliner with 50 armour, that unit would only take 7.14% more damage after kayle debuff. So when you say green allows you to do 20% more damage on stage 2, that's actualy when kayle is at her weakest because the damage amp is between 7 and 9% on frontliners and 4% on backliners. comparing that to red kayle's 15% as buff which does basically increase backliner damage by 15%, mathematically red kayle should be better especially if you have ites slammed on your carry. otherwise green kayle would be a little better with nothing slammed because she also amplifies frontliner damage by a tiny bit.
    Anyway tldr is green kayle doesn't increase damage by anything even close to 20% because of how armour and mr formula works and actualy only amplifies damage by 20% on targets with 500 armour and higher (not a type, didn't mean 50 armour, target needs to be in galio ult with 2 or 3 stoneplated for this to be the case). Hopefully this helps clear up this misconception and will help you evaluate board strength a little more and maybe value red kayle more than green in certain situations.

    Had the worst case scenario happen to me
    Roll a 3 on the dice followed by a 5, so I just bled out until 1 life, couldn’t find 1 xayah before cash out, fought the first person on the lobby and went 8th
    Can recommend

    Love this content, man! I know it’s off topic, but I pulled off your midnight siphon Yorick comp with perfect items and still got absolutely destroyed every stage ( 3 starred at 4-2). Is it still viable or was my lobby just possibly too high cap? lol

      bro i just top 2 with it but because I just played my game, I had a "inkshadow/sniper/ghost/bruiser" given, then I built it up to this comp slowly and almost had sylas 3 (one off) and I would have top 1. Funny thing is thatmy opponent was also playing Kaisa draglord (i'm emerald)

    Even if you hit everything at lvl 8...

    • @WillDurant-su7lv
      @WillDurant-su7lv 8 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah, this is just another dumb "content" video. You get to Kai'sa by playing standard and having the game give it to you. If you force it and force fortune at stage 3, and lose every fight, you will have to rush level 8 to stabilize and when you hit 8, you'll have like 30 gold left - and maybe 20-30 HP. Then you have to roll and pray that you hit a Kaisa, Galio, 4 trickshots, etc. And if you do, you still aren't truly stable with Kaisa 1 or Galio 1, because while you will beat probably 2-4 boards, there will be 2-3 people who absolutely crush you until Kaisa AND your tank are 2-starred, and you will take infinite damage in those losses and, as another commentor mentioned, die to a Yone reroller.
