Nice and beautiful video. Thanks for sharing lovely information. I was planning to buy the Fuji but since i have Lens compatible with Canon. Hence last month purchased Canon R7.

Any of these focus issues get fixed with the new software update ?

Every camera will be confused by reflections, when you think about it, that's pretty logical. The R5 and R6 have the same result.

Jorge, on my X-T5 if I use a function button to bring up subject detection, the rear wheel will scroll thru the options. I don't know if that works on the XH2s

Sadly, doesn't work on the X-H2.
How can something as simple as changing the subject detection be buried in menus (or the quick menu), should be its own selection shortcut, like they give you for shutter and focus type.

Do you have to half press the shutter for AF tracking to start? What about the AF-L back button focusing? That's how I always shoot, but if the camera is going to focus continuously, this makes it so back button focus, or half shutter press doesn't do anything?
Does the continuous focus tracking drain the battery quickly? I wont have a battery grip for some time, as I just blew a lot of money that I don't have on the xh2s and 150-600. Unlike my d700 days, I can still achieve max fps without the grip, so it's not a huge concern, unless the battery lasts 30 minutes..
    Thanks

To be fair the wood stork looks unlike 99% of birds and therefore animal eye focus rather than bird might have worked better?

    Did you re-upload the video?

@@jrperezphotography OK, so here we go with the same re-uploaded comment (LOL).
Thank you for the review (testing) Jorge, maybe the issues that you found and the function buttons that you want/need could be solved with a firmware update, having said that, it’s making me have doubts about the X-H2. Maybe I’ll just wait for the X-T5. Is this the botanical garden in Miami Beach? I mentioned it to a neighbor and he tells me that they don’t have parking, if that’s the case, I’ll wait for not so hot weather and visit the zoo in Miami.
