I struggle to find complexion products that don’t cling to dry patches or look patchy, and this is the only one I’ve ever tried that genuinely looks like second skin on me. I’ve had to play around with setting spray, powder, etc. as far as longevity, but I don’t have that many events that call for it looking flawless all day so I don’t mind.
I bought this last Friday and got it Monday. I my skin is the best it’s ever looked, no breakouts at all!!!! I am 42 and have very dry skin. I can’t stop using this one!!! Perfection in a bottle ❤
I am loving this foundation. I don’t think I have ever worn a foundation that felt non-existent that I almost forget I was wearing one at times. I am on tretinoin and my skin can get sensitive and irritated and initially I have forgotten that this has calming properties. My skin felt so soft and healed.

I really like this foundation & it wears really well on my 68 y/o dry skin. I didn't see you shake up the bottle prior to applying. This needs a good shaking! Try it again after shaking & see if it helps!
Yes. Less is better. I love love love it but I have dry textured skin. I use only 1 pump and don’t powder but use setting spray (Milk). 😊 Congrats on the good news!❤

I haven't tried Haus Labs, but I have & love the new Hourglass foundation. I'm 59 with normal to dry skin (normal on my cheeks, dry in the T-zone), and Hourglass is my new holy grail. No patchiness, lasts at least 12 hours. I love the Kosas Cloud Set powder to set it.
Ive been testing both the nars light reflecting and the hourglass ambient soft glow recently and this one is next on my light so far what i think i am expecting based on what I'm seeing from reviews the hourglass islikely going to be my favorite summer foundation and likely haus labs foundation might be the one i like for winter
I like this foundation mainly because of the exact shade match and all done online through their website answering a few questions about my skin and current foundation matches. I live in the UK so this is very expensive for us here but love the Nars LR too and once I’m done with the Haus Labs I will buy another the Nars and hopefully get a better shade match in that!

I finally tried this one last week, and I think, not positive, but I think this one actually works. The color I bought was a bit too orangey , so I ordered a lighter color. I can never get the color right on any foundation I buy. I look forward to watching your video. Oh, I also bought the powder and I am also waiting for that to get delivered.

When you say the Nars foundation, which one are you talking about? Edit- disregard I was able to find it in your description part. I tried the NARS light reflecting foundation but I hate it 😭 it’s nothing compared to the NARS sheer glow. That was my ultimate favorite foundation. But I don’t like ordering makeup online.
I tried it, but the color I ordered was not an exact match. It was very nice going on, but I had the same problem you did with it breaking up around the nose and mouth also above the nose. Not my favorite but pretty good. I didn't get the powder, but I used Laura Mercier and it looked pretty with that.
I tried this a few days ago, while it was beautiful at first, after about 3 hours is slipped cracked and separated. I keep trying new foundations but always return to my all time favorite Lisa Eldridge seamless skin foundation. ThenLisa foundation is just amazing lasts 12 hours plus no touch ups and works with every type of skincare. I use a k beauty routine so I add a ton of hydration and the Lisa just blends into my skin and doesn’t move crack separate or dry me out. It’s hard to get anything close to Lisa’s foundation. However the Haus labs looked so beautiful when first applied but it was just too dewy from the beginning, I look for long wearing that turns a bit dewy after hours of wear and stays put and this just didn’t do it for me!! Thanks for the review!!

Did not work for me. I’m super oily and even with a light powder, it melted off my face within two hours. I’m glad I only got a sample of it from Sephora. Really wanted to love it!
@Allie Glines don't forget that you are currently pregnant, us women are always changing (hormones are responsable). During my 2 pregnancies my skin was oilier and acne prone (as you may deduce I was carrying girls) and every makeup product/ skin care i used before becoming pregnant preformed differently on my skin. After my 2 pregnancies my skin changed, becoming more balanced.

Haus Labs did the same thing as Mac where it’s the opposite. Warm for them means pink undertones and cool for them means yellow undertones.

Brush helps apply and sponge helps blend better

Looks beautiful. I have this foundation I also just turned 63 in July. I also worn this for over 13 hours Great foundation. I’m also loving the bronzer and LG’s highlighter. She has a hit on her hands.v😂……Judy D
I’ve been wondering about this. I made the mistake of buying the Lisa Eldridge foundation because it was so hyped up, but it was a terrible decision…it’s absolutely awful on me and too finicky with my skincare & spf. I will def pop into Sephora for a sample of this one! ❤
How do you get a sample of it
@@djjones7039 if you have a Sephora near you they will shade match you a make a sample for you to take home. I think they allow 2-3 samples per visit.
