That pedal sounds great Pete ! I use 2 Vertex boost pedals with my bass. Might sound a little crazy, but it works. The pickup in my bass is a TV Jones "Thunderblade". Very low output pickup.
Nice fingerboard inlays on the LP type. Nicer than the oem.
Nice crunch with excellent bright tone. I love the red signature tone.

Love Crazy Tube Circuits PETE! I got the Crossfire, But this has the Turn your Guitar Volume Pot Down but keeps the tightness and Gives you full sound range spectrum?? How Would this Pedal work with my Crossfire in line to Clean chn. Jass-Chorus combo Amp?? As usual kicking but and dropping mics!!!

When using the super conductor in range master mode can you get glass like cleans when you roll back the guitar volume like on a real range master? I just recently decided to get a range master clone and this might be it.
Have you given a Fulltone Ranger a try? Just bought one on impulse and got lucky with a really great pedal. I’ve been playing with an SG standard so it doesn’t get glassy at lower volumes but likely would with a single coil set-up.
@@corvydae5094 I’m looking at the fulltone or doing a kit build. Then I found this video. I love how versatile the original is but didn’t even bother looking. Probably to expensive for me. I’m leaning toward doing a kit because I enjoy building them.
I like the kingtone rise v2 for that.
How does this compare to source audio Zio? Personal thoughts?
zio has a couple other boosts, but no Rangemaster, this one is a bit more vintage (sensitive to guitar volume, etc) and Zio more modern

I would like to have just the music portion of Pete's demos as like a Spotify channel so I could play it at work and counteract the mind numbingly atrocious music I get subjected to at work by my musically tasteless coworkers.

Pete, great demo as usual. I think Rhett rubbed off on you during your time at Sweetwater. I LOVE all of your demo songs, but this one is either an intentional or sub conscious nod to one of Rhett's songs that he plays a lot. Just the intro, the rest of the song goes in a totally different PT direction. I think that is cool. Rock on.
