I am showing an advanced E.max layering technique using zirconia crowns fabricated with a micro layering technique to get Fast And Easy Results. I am using E.max porcelain different translucencies and mamelon powders. In this digital smile design file with a facial cutback, I will reduce worktime and increase efficiency and aesthetics.
Minimum layered Zirconia with e.max porcelain can look opaque, and I am showing how to make a natural-looking micro layered zirconia crown. In discover the new easy I am using two special 3shape smile design libraries I created to eliminate shrinkage of ceramic units and to optimize the efficiency in layering without compromising aesthetics.

The purpose is to create life-like dental restorations with minimum effort. Furthermore, I will show concepts of contouring and texturizing the crowns using a verity of burs and rubber wheels.
