Anyone that helps these people in any way is enabling them to continue to live their lifestyle of self destruction. Why can't anyone see this fact? For God's sake. Stop making it easy for them to continue wrecking themselves. If the life is to hard for them. Maybe, just maybe they will make the necessary changes.
The good thing is we give billions to the UK and other countries but we don't help our fellow Americans our government only cares about the rich and the politicians the rest of us are nothing but tax money to them this is pathetic and sad but they also voted for this in there neighborhood
Gotta stop giving out narcan, I get it’s a human life, it’s someone’s mother, daughter etc. but they don’t want help, the Narcan just gets rid of their high and they go back to the drugs, and the cycle starts all over again. My grandma wasn’t on the street and she wasn’t on an illegal high, but she got help so many times, so many hospital stays. So much love and care went into trying to make her better. She over dosed 33 years ago. I never got to know her. I was 5. Would narcan have saved her? Yes, but it wouldn’t have fixed her mind or addiction.
There are just so many people that need help here. The cops cant do very much because there is nowhere to take them. The jails are full. The rehabs are full. The hospitals are full. The people just want to stay drugged up to cope with their daily life. No one has a good solution for this problem but dont blame the cops. They are the good guys here.
I get that your a well meaning, good person. But drugs are a savage killer destroying America. We can’t play nice when we are in a full scale war. Overdose deaths are claiming so many. It’s a moving target but in 2021 it said just over 9,000 overdose deaths in the states. The highest American death year in Vietnam was 1968 with around 14,500 American deaths. Make no mistake here, these are war time death numbers on our streets caused by politicians refusing to actually address the reality…. And we re-elect these bastards. We need to seal up our borders to stop drugs, we need to catch the drugs being shipped in on cargo ships. Being mailed with fed ex and ups. Our children are being destroyed by dope.

It's sad in a rich country like this, down own in America, Australia, and maybe Canada they allow this to happen, people to roam around the streets because of freedom, that's what it's all about, these countries are a lot allow these people to do it because it's my right to be.
