Have been frequenting my local snooker club once a week this year and thanks to my opponent now have my own cue! Thank you for posting your advice (confidence is key!) Scott from Hong Kong
Thank you for another fantastic video clip, it's very helpful when you show where you exactly aim at ob and where you hit the cb, I wish I had your potting ability👏
Been following your videos for years and love them best on here . Just watching this snooker final cauld not believe what I was watching in the interval while watching your videos in a break . You sure showed those top snooker players up on the reverse colour clearance 😂
Enjoy watching when you wear your head cam. Can see where you are aiming and striking the cue ball. Helps to with your commentary. Keep up the great work 😊🎱
The small yellow point and white cross is ok for showing where you are aiming, but on thinner shots like the last black, the yellow point is on the very edge of the black. I know this means that you are aiming the centre of the cue ball to that point on the black but maybe a ‘ghost ball’ visual with the yellow point in the centre would help give a better perspective on strike point? Just a though, good video as always.
Just saw your reverse colour attempt on the snooker tour championship final on TV! 22 secs and top of the table so great job! Shame they didn't credit your channel and just used your name tho so maybe some people didn't catch on it was you
Great video ! But next time please align your head cam with your aiming eye that way we cam also see where you are aiming in the main video. Keep up the good work. Cheers.
If you adjust the head camera to the center axis of the club perpendicular to the screen in order to let everyone see the exact hitting point, looking forward to your change, that would be perfect
Awesome! I wanted to see how snooker players exactly aim and make decisions very long time. Thank you very much and greeting from Baku, Azerbaijan. Give me the pin on the map and 30 secs of fame, please 😂
Thanks for trying to capture your POV when making this break. But every time you line up the camera is tilted. Also if you check the alignment of your cue with the video shot it is not straight and from the center of it. I think the camera is not aligned with your aiming eye?
That’s the best I’ve ever got it. It’s not how I’m looking at the shot . It’s that nothing I can do will get it straight, might be because the lens is to one side of the camera and when I have it mounted in the middle it’s to the left a little bit. Or if I place the camera lens in the centre it’s at a slight angle
@@Breakfromlife appreciate the info, great video and simple potting points are where I go wrong a lot. Would it be possible to maybe mount the camera to the cue itself at all?
I sometimes get advice by the club players to play cushion shot with a little bit of side otherwise it will not get pot But the issue is that the side doesn't let me play another shot
@@Breakfromlife Here's hoping that you realise that I'm only kidding. Thanks for your hard work and enjoyable content (from Bankstown, Sydney, Australia).
Again a nice video. One question, as I sometimes have this problem: is your head tilted? Because the „horizon“ mostly is. Or is it just the attached camera which is a bit tilted? When I play, sometimes I notice that my eyes are not 100% parallel to the ground, and I wonder if that is a big reason for missing pots. Greetings from Cologne, btw.
I was very surprised you opted to split the reds with half the reds open and in nice positions. That seemed a foolhardy move to me, not only did it risk something going foul (as it did), it risked making open reds difficult to pot due to reds blocking them if you had opened the pack.
From observing you on another of your videos, it appears you are cross-eye dominant. From my own experience as a cross-eye dominant, left-handed shooter, it is more of a struggle to adjust for the optimum stance without the body encroaching too much on the shotline. I've picked up bits and pieces of information on RUclips and have employed trial-and-error to help me fix the issue, but there is not enough expert advice posted to make it easier for cross-eye dominant players. Perhaps you can dedicate a video to this issue.

Fascinating video, probably one of the best you've done in my mind. Your knowledge and insight really adds an extra level.
The camera isn’t in the middle of your face… put it between your eyes
But he is using a rayben camera glasses so it is on the side 😊
Brilliant, power bar would make it perfect❤

Pot as many balls as you can.
Damn, where's my notepad?
Main snooker berapa lama dah?
Who are you ? Why don’t we see you on the professional circuit ?
Have you ever been coached before or are you self taught? @Break from life

I think it’s just from talking at the same time as controlling my breath for the shots. Also I think I was ill in this video
