I really like the the black window framed home in the beginning of the video. First one I have ever seen. My favorite style is The Haven’s floor style. Patio in the back and guest room in the front. Thanks for posting.
All the floorplans in the new street of dreams are available/same in Middleton. Strange thing, the homes cost less on the Middleton side. Sales rep said it is because of the lack of golf courses. That doesn't make sense. A buyer pays more for a VIEW lot and a higher bond. The actual home has nothing to do with it. They are using the same materials and same floor plans. Not certain why the cost is less in Middleton. .
I agree with you, dirt is dirt. Drone views of construction sites are extremely boring. You could use the same video footage every time and who would know. They’re all the same. Everyone seems to be cutting back on their videos. Either less videos or shorter or quitting altogether.
