One realtor in TV pushes property as rental. Every other reference to the house is for “rental property”. I suggested she not do that. Not fair to permanent residents nor snowbirds. You probably know who she is. The only thing different about these houses is the model name. I saw one gorgeous house the other day. I think it was over $600K, but it is so nice. I’ll check out the address and paste it here. 2223 Westchester Way, TV FL. It’s very nicely done. $610k
I agree the house is beautiful, but thing people forget is that the newer villa areas tend to be renters and snowbirds but as time goes on more permanent residence become full-time there as ages.

But someone said furniture, washers & dryers are being moved into many new (but not yet released or sold) well point homes. if accurate, it suggests well point could be the new "Lifestyle visit" home location, replacing the "lifestyle" homes in harper / christopher villas, & atwood, bungalows. Any evidence that well point homes are being furnished for "lifestyle" visits? thanks for all your video.
Also. This courtyards on the left when you pull in all have pretty good water views. And decent back yards. And Also the back will face the eastern sun. Those will all sell the day they release. Seems to be a nice location.
