I've taken the liberty of changing some bass notes when I think it's a mistake.
I have other transcriptions of his performances, California Here I Come, The Entertainer, etc...
To be continued!

Stephanie is incredibly gifted!! Together with Paolo they have created some beautiful arrangements of well loved songs, and greatly enhanced them.
Unbelievable. Funfact: the fast double time feels like the guy is celebrating her departure!
Merci beaucoup, maestro Paul!
Fantastic ragtime style!
it's Stride I think, isn't it?
@@jamjam9253 Yes, it's stride. Ragtime is slower.
@@victoza9232 There's fast ragtime too (in spite of Scott Joplin's protestations). Check out Tom Brier sometime. The difference has more to do with form and style.
@@HighWideandHandsome Yeah, I know about Tom Brier. I got into an argument with his "handler" about Tom's fast playing.
And considering that Joplin is basically the father of ragtime, what he said about tempo holds a lot of weight -- a lot more than what Brier or his handler says. Pieces may be called rags, and played fast, but at a certain point, fast rags become more like stride.
@@victoza9232 Stride can be slow, too.
Спасибо огромное!!!
Wow!🎵🎹🎵🎶👏💐🧚♀️
Great!!!!! 🩵
Отличная работа, Спасибо
Большое спасибо!
Could you do the transcription of Stephanie Trick's version of "ain't misbehavin"?
Sounds more like stride than Ragtime.
Stephanie Trick is definitely a woman 👩 so they aren't 'his' mistakes!
I believe to be a good transcriber, you should be a good arranger too.. In some cases the transcriber can improve the original for a variety of reasons. I always change chord voices I don't like. Sir András Schiff was asked why he didn't pedal Bach. He said, "Because I don't like it."
