- The guy brought an OBD connecter that couldn't connect to the Mercedes TCM. Also had an expired subscription which he couldn't use to unlock the module. When trying to unlock TCM of any car u must have a valid subscription and a good OBD connecter.

You are always putting up good videos. I can't afford the IM608 so planning on buying IM508, do you think the IM508 can do this type of work since it doesn't have the j2534 interface.
Yes the im508 can do this. I just verified on my im508. The j2534 is not needed for these IMMO functions.
Great video. Can you tell me please. Im trying to replace tcu but dont have orginal module anymore. If it says 2 yes and 2 no dose it mean its unlocked and if so can i install into the car?
And than whats the next step?

The issue with the cable the can is backwards and it comes with 130ohm instead of 120.

@@BestCarFixes thanks for your time spended. What you think about the scanner tool Icarsoft cr pro multimark? I have 3 cars at home. But my MB212 will be the special scanner guest! What you say about. Ive notice you have a expensive one. I will say that isn't for me. I'm not an expertise like you are. So, chinese scanner probably they have plenty and probably these are all chinese manufactury from.
Ive think my MB injection systems wasn't in the best conditions, bcz bad diesel. Already full the tank and put stp cleaner for tank and injection system. The OM651 motor noise are fine, but the gearbox isn't running normaly. Probably will need to restart it and run 10 miles to reeducate the 7G tronic transmission to my drive.
But before I will need to reset the fault.
I hope it is only bcz bad gás, and not ECR, HPFP or LPFP. That's why my needs. Thanks again for your time spended.

I'm not sure but i think if you can read the data from immobilizer you can do that

On 06 Mercedes E320 CDI can I just replace the TCM if it shows fault with high end scanner or does it need to be programmed what if it comes from same year same model and has same numbers

Hi I got autel im 508 and I would like to connect ism module from mercedes ml. Just quick question I found the diagram on autel without gbox use by obd the question is do I have to use xp400 then connect the pins from obd connector to ism module or just go directly without xp400?

The Dealer told me my car, 2004 ML350, can not be fixed. The AAM went out and is now obsolete. you can do it yourself just put 120 ohm resistor between the can line
