I loved every second of this. People dressed up in costumes running around with other people dressed in costumes...yes, it is strange to some people, but the furry fandom is a wonderful thing and (most of) the children love it!
This brings tears to my eyes, I love watching these videos and seeing the joy and smiles on the faces a furry can bring someone. I hope to do this one day myself. You all inspire me and I hope you keep up the good work and continue to have fun doing this. Bless you.
I recently visited Great Wolf lodge and wore my Neon suit at the Pajama storytime, and all the little kids LOVED me. I swear, I was smiling one of the widest I have in my suit. It was so much fun, and I remembered this is what fursuiting was about.
I just finished my fursuit (of my Jack Lucian) for Endangered Species Day at the zoo I work (well, volunteer) at, and I spent the day getting and giving high-fives, hugs and photos! I have a BUNCH of great stories from just the ONE day I was there in suit!
That is something I've never personally experienced, but background checks are somewhat common with larger events or organizations with high security like hospitals - it just gives them greater peace of mind.
You are the greatest fursuiters around!Im very touched what you have done for the people!Your video made me cry.Of pure joy! When Im fursuiting its my main goal to spread happiness!Children are so special in my heart!I support you 100%!Keep bringing joy to the world! You are all truely remarkable!
My first instance with meeting furries was awful, and ive never been able to look at them the same way. I was sadly caught in the very 'sexualised' side of the fandom and it scared me to the point where i am very intimidated and scared to be around fursuiters and furries. But my current gf is a nice furry, and ive had the pleasure to meet and see the much better side of the furry world, you guys included. thank you for bringing a better light to you guys, as i know you're all not the same.
I had one family of a mother and her two daughters (I assume) eating in the same resterant after the 'Animal Show'. A friend of mine and myself were eating and we stayed there for about an hour, and they did as well. When we were getting ready to go, I put my wolf face back on, and as soon as I did, thegirls ran up and asked if they could hug me - they had been waiting all that time!
Thanks for the great comment and I'm very happy to have been your inspiration :) That is awesome to hear you are planning a hospital visit, I hope that goes very well for you guys!
And this is why I fursuit. Also I noticed from experience that the really young kids, like toddlers, LOVE paws. If you give them your hand, they'd pet it all day if they could. It's really cute.
Yes, I like fursuiting because the kids love it! And we get free hugs. The only downside is that you have a bunch of kids trying to pull your tail off.
I can feel the diabetes setting in. This is just too cute! I'm starting to finish up my first fursuit myself; I hope I can bring just as many smiles to the children too. :3
This why my best friend and I fursuit, for the children. We went into a McDonalds after a photoshoot. I had a little girl walk up and hug me, and tell me how I was a nice fox and pretty, and I got to hear her laugh. I am currently designing our second set of suits, and we are in the middle of arranging for Sorren (my suit) and Merlin (my best firend's) to visit the children's ward of our local hospital. I just wanted to thank you for what you do and for being such an inspiration to me. ~Demon
he its amusing that you used a song from a aussie band/group that lived just a few doors down from me when I used to live in Slacks Creek, where Daren used to live... As always Mr Kijani great video and awesome times seem to have been had. Keep them up
I 13 sadly but when i get older i want to do this i was deppresed at one time and now i try to make people happy and im a good actor even tho i dont act
@Hobo84foryou Amen. I am new to fursuiting and it brightens up peoples days. I am not a furry myself, just the kind of person who would enjoy having you guys around. May all of you have a brilliant future.
every year at the special halloween events at my local zoo i volunteer to be the mascot which is a cheetah. and I totally understand the magic behind all of this, even I've acciently scared some kids too. but smiles and hugs are wonderful. I can't wait until I get a fursuit and can go do this sort of thing myself. you guys are awsome!!!!!
I remember watching this when this first came out. This was also one of the videos that got me into the furry community as a whole. Plus, took so many hours and days to actually find the first song xD What I'm trying to say is, thank you, Kijani Lion for helping me see the light at the end of the tunnle and for helping me see that there are still nice people in this Earth.
I can't wait to I get my partial, I'm planning on doing this in my town because many friends and I believe that my town is boring, and two, for the smiles I get. :)
This is the part of us furs that most people forget. They think we're all about sex and stuff (hate this misconception) but we are just expressing ourselves. BTW wish I was there :P
@Hobo84foryou Yep, definitely true, and that's why I do what I do, to try and curb that aggression and misunderstanding and show the real side of what those in the furry fandom can do to make a positive impact. Thanks very much for your respect and support! It's not easy performing in a self-contained oven but those smiles and positive reactions make it all worth it.
fur all u trolls out there, take a good look at this WONDERFUL video and still tell us we furries are bad people! go on... humor us! we all love a good laugh X3 FFL!!! (FURRIES FUR LIFE) ^^
at 10 seconds in, the video zooms in and loses everything to the right of "kid" and "Third E". No idea why. Also, the bar that shows the time goes too, but it only seems to be this particular video. =/
@ScuppetBabyy Where abouts in the uk you from? theres confuzzled in the uk in Leicestershire once a year, and as for furs try ukfur.org i been to a few meets, and its fun, i also see a few furries at the mcm expos in london and the midlands.
I'm 9 and my director for musical theater, is a crafty person. I am thinking of telling her if she can help me make a fursona head, wings, feet and hands. But I'm not sure...
I just want to show this video to everyone who thinks furs are all yiff yiff yiff & into bestiality. I bet most of them don't even try to make kids smile!
I loved every second of this.

Thanks again Kijani! The fandom couldn't have a better PR rep than yourself and your videos show just how positive fursuiting can be.

5 people hadn't enough courage to go for a furry hug.
I've never had a furry hug, but I bet it should feel wonderful
That is something I've never personally experienced, but background checks are somewhat common with larger events or organizations with high security like hospitals - it just gives them greater peace of mind.

Pepole who think furries are all sex and stuff..they are SOOO
trying to attend a local festival but they said something about needing to run background checks on people. Is that normal?
