IIRC If you buy the stock wheels in the options menu you can change the color while keeping the same wheel.
edit: Wheels> tuner/suv/w.e.> purchase first option> paint> painted stock wheels.

The higher suspension makes it look like a GTA IV car.
This is actually one of my favorite vehicle in this DLC. It’s just out of nowhere which make it so unique among all cool and modern car.

Yes I love Toyota Camry I have 3 of those in real life but rockstar do something weird with the suspension.....
The funny thing is if you customize it in the auto shop you can see the race bumper model in the reflection on the floor. But yeah the lack of suspension upgrades and the broken headlight model ruined this car and I’m only keeping it with the hope that they’ll patch the problems (they won’t 😂).

I love when Rockstar adds the cars that actual car games won’t go back and add they just rehash the same cars they’ve had in their games for the past several iterations in their franchise and just add the most modern cars on top of their list they’ll never pull cars from the 90s or early 2000s even the 2010s and put them in a modern iteration it pisses me off so much bro

Honestly I always loved this generation of Camry. My dad and mom bought one when I was a kid. It was the only new vehicle I remember them buying, and it felt super quick with the V6.
Wasn’t a Camry but I have the same memory of my parents buying a mid 2000s sedan and it feeling like the coolest thing in the world. Something about those 6 cylinders in a light body that felt like nothing else in the world at that time compared to the 4 cylinders we were used to.

Funny, my first car was a 1st gen speed3, would love to see either get added. Now I have an 03 Lexus ES300, which is essentially the same mechanically as that generation Camry.
My other car is a 2006 Acura RL, fairly obscure. If it gets added to GTA 5/6 I would be very surprised.

I have a feeling this update is adding some of the general traffic cars for GTA 6
DCA, for that front bumper, it is glitched, if you were in the LSC the floor would reflect the different front bumper that should be on for the last option. Wanted to let ya know Rockstar messed up with that

They messed up on not adding suspension too. Was definitely meant to be there.
Since the last bumper option is glitched it gives me hope that there being no suspension option is a mistake as well

The engine and its sound on this car is a sweet surprise. Also, it handles pretty well unlike a real Camry. Probably because it’s rear wheel drive 😂
I have a soft spot for this car. My great uncle drove a red 2005 Toyota Camry LE. He had just bought the car brand new before he came to visit us that summer. I rode in that car with him and my great aunt listening to party music and going everywhere. They passed away a few years later. So I am dedicating my build in likes to his Camry.
P.S. normally the lack of suspension customization would be annoying to me but I don't mind because my Uncle's Camry was stock ride height and I'm going for a more stock look 😂

The lack of suspension option is also a deal breaker for me, which is unfortunate, cause it was perfect for my "cheap tuner" garage.
Sometimes I think that some of the random vehicles rockstar adds are just developers personal cars that they want to drive in the game.

It is so close to the real Camry I'm suprised they push it this close without a liscence from Toyota. But I notice they push the car models really close to the real thing nowadays without litigation, so I guess even the most subtle difference is enough
i think these are mainly made for GTA 6, thats why alot of customazation options is not thereor weird, i think rockstar will add gta 6 cars in the future, that way people will get gta 5 online content, and rockstar get the oportunity to test the new cars

Race front bumper can be seen in the reflection on the floor if you have quite a shiny autoshop floor, so it's there but not visible on the car itself.. guess the interns have taken over the QA for this game now

Yeah, we've all craved for this car in gta online since the game release. :D As for the front bumper visual bug: You can see it when it's reflecting up from like the auto shop floor, but not actually applied on the car. For further answers i'll just call Agent Mulder.

Of all the cool cheap cars they could've given us, this is what they gave us!! Lol! I still purchased it though. The later models would've been better.
If you customize this car within your autoshop (with the autoshop theme that has the mirror-like floors) you can kinda see the reflection of the underside of the vehicle as you’re customizing it. And so for the bumper options for this vehicle, yes both of those last two bumper selections look completely identical, but in the reflection you can clearly see the bumper changing but unfortunately that last option is glitching out, so visually the second to last option overwrote the code to the last option (I’m assuming), thus giving us the same bumper twice.

I think this dlc came packed full of bugs. I notice my weapon wheel doesn’t work sometimes and now this car has 2 of the same bumpers and no suspension option. They’ll probably patch it in a month or so

I did the same thing, modded the whole care just to find out no suspension. I’m pissed.
