  • Meet André, one of the cast of the BPD Bunch!
In the week before their debut episode, we're posting 5-7 minute interviews with our cast members so you can get to know us better.
    Disclaimer:
Although several of our panelists work in the mental health field, we are all coming to you as people in recovery from BPD, and are not here to provide professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Instead, we hope that by sharing our stories and what was helpful for us, you can gain some insight and direction into your own recovery ❤️‍🩹

ANDRE!!!! I'm SO glad we became garden pals. Your thoughts at the end of this about taking accountability when you realize you contribute to problems is GOLD

I'm all emotional right now but I can really relate to you and all of the BPD bunch has helped me realize for myself that I have BPD. I've been diagnosed about 3 times by mental health professionals and I do feel as though this disorder is the one that fits. I do believe I have 8 of the criteria. I also feel as though I have an inner child who likes to bully people it's so weird or maybe that's the advocate in me sometimes I'm the bully sometimes I'm the angry advocate not sure if anyone can relate to this. I'm just so happy I have found this channel and have watched so many of the videos. Thank you all for being vulnerable enough to share.

I'm actually not too far from Southampton. Not only that I was actually thinking to sign up for training lol . Such credible person , seriously, I absolutely look up to you and I rarely say this if at all. I really appreciate your genuine and honest video and coming and telling your story. /A fellow BPD men/
