I am 33 years old. Before a month I started push ups. And after a month I am feeling incredible change in my body and my arms are converting in beautiful shape. In beginning I could not do 5 push ups but now I do approx 3 hundred push ups gradually. I was very happy once during bathing I saw my chest was like a body builders. Do it and you will feel changing in your body after a week.
I have back injury but still I do 50 pushups in daily routine , it helps to tighten my body and strong my arms chest back shoulders 😊✌️ everyone stay fit ❤️

I used to do 80 push ups daily for 2 years but it led to severe shoulder injury ligament and nerve injury ultimately led to radiculopathy... So I couldn't do push ups for next 3 years... Recently I started doing push ups again and thankfully now no pain in my shoulder.. I'm now doing only 15 push ups daily and I will go to maximum 25 daily ... My suggestion is don't just go on doing 50 or 100 or 200 push ups... Everyone has different body built.. So please be very careful and do push ups maximum 30 to 40 every day.. That's more than sufficient for initial period....
Each muscle should have approx 48 hours of gap before the next workout. Doing 100 push ups daily will lead to incomplete recovery and eventually an injury.
Bro to be Frank I am doing pushups almost everytime approx 200 to 300 from past 5 years there is nothing wrong of you do pushups with a perfection and if you injured then it means you are doing it wrong technique or your shoulder is weak . In my case , I am totally fine , never suffered from any injuries . It's your technique that you should focus on .

I m already doing a workout everyday in the gym from last 4 months in the evening but I started doing 30 pushups a day in the morning alongwith gym in the evening from 21st Nov 2023, today when I m writing this it's 27th dec 2023 means almost 37days n it is really effective, it has improved my chest in shape and size too
This is very useful total exercise in my young age iwas doing 500 push ups conitnuos its very effective now i m 60 plus i leave it but on this seeing i like to start it again its very hard exercise to start thanks

In 2020 at the age of 20,i was following 100 reps of normal pushups a day + other( 7 pushups variations with 15 - 20reps each of them with atleast 2 minutes rest) program.But after lockdown i started gym and i started using free weights,but those pushups program really gave me incredible strength i didn't know at that time but later i realize that when i started gym i was able to lift heavy weights even though i was beginner. But actually we need to give that muscle rest of atleast 48hours so it can recover otherwise there's no point of doing it daily, rest is the key to build muscle along with workout.

But it didn't built much muscles,for gaining muscle I should've done it with atleast one day rest(Day on,day off,day on,day off) or one day push-ups and next day pull-ups and sit-ups,but not the same movement on daily basis.

I m doing pushup last almost 4 decades n chest ,triceps,bicep ,back n leg all with weight. To my experience one should understand the own body weight before starting any type of work out, doing too much of workout some Times gives reverse results.One had to be very ,very careful .
