What is best to see in chimgan? Planning a day tour from Tashkent by bus and leave back in the evening. Is it possible? Is any road closed on 6th December due to snow? Thanks
@hitenlavingia From Ipal yuli metro station you will get sharing taxi till Gazalkent and then from Gazalkent take another sharing taxi for Chimgan mountains, Sharing taxi is very cheaper there.
or better stay in Tashkent and then visit chimgan mountains in morning or afternoon and come back to tashkent in evening, 2-3 hrs is enough to explore mountains
if you want to travel by public transport then you can take metro in tashkent and reach Ipak yuli Metro station and then take mini bus which will go till Gazalkent stop , fare is 12,000 sum and from there take sharing taxi which is frequently available for Chimgan Mountains fare is 20,000 sum. This is cheapest way to reach chimgan mountains

yes you will see light snowfall there on mountains. I went there on 12 november last year.

yes in december end and january its too cold , might need to wear 4 pair of clothes.
