You mean the camera shake presets? The preset I used is no longer available, but you can try this one: www.premiumbeat.com/blog/15-free-camera-shake-presets/

Camera shake is a regular preset everyone knows about.

I prefer to use intermediate result instead of final result in keylight effect, but it keeps a green ''spill'', so i used advanced spill surpressor to remove it. This method gives me a cleaner key so that's why I use it.

Masks are used to cut out a specific area from video/image by drawing a shape. This shape then defines the area which is gonna be visible. You can also define if you want the inside or the outside of this shape to be visible.
