Mam when the question comes- the burden of proof is always on prosecution,has there any exception to this -mam we write 112-114A in answer ,
But mam the prosecution still has to discharge his burden firstly in pleading ,then what is the difference ?
How should we write the answers (as to exception of rule of bop)?

As my exam is there is was doing revision by listening to yr videos I noticed that in burden of proof u in 3 parts of video the clothes are also changed. Mujhe laga ek hi time pe banai ha sari video fir alag alag part me divide krdi😂 thank u for these videos it helps alot for students

Ma'am which book should i refer to for ipc..i have decided to stick to one book and keep revising it so i need a good strong source..which one wud be better acc to you, pillai, KD gaur,R and D, SN mishra or any other?..
All books are good. You can choose anyone of the above which you find helpful & easy to understand. If you're a beginner go for SN Mishra book.
