Hi Najeeb, this section is very dicy, if a women take a divorce and after 280 days she born a baby girl, but she is unmarried, then the father of the girl was same, whom she took a divorce, then question arise is can this unmarried lady file a case of 125 Crpc on him for maintenance of that kid ???

In section 112 of evidence act, the word 'legitimate son' is used though the same is applicable for both son n daughter.. so word 'legitimate child' must b substituted ..
Whether son or daughter, if they are not begotten by husband, they should be illegitimate. Why will husband take the burden of another man's child? Common sense. But no . our cuckold supreme court can't just accept the fact that wife can do adultery like they are sati Savitri.

Sir humara ak land hain or usko hum bech na chaha ta hu or iske liye ak admi ready tha or hum logono ne usko beche ke liye full amount le liya ..or buyer ne sob amount bhi paid kar diya..but koi bhi written document nehi hain is transaction or is selling agreement ka...

Or abhi hum lok us land ko nehi bech na chaha ta hu..or us admi ko sare money bhi lotana chaha ta hu with interest ..lekin bo raji nehi ho raha hain keya hum log koi legal action le sakta hu..?
