Video software not allow to mute mic while shooting [no option found to mute mic]. 3. Camera very unstable [ out of focus while video shooting ] 4. [the most serious] The second large camera is not functioning. is there hiding setting to enable it ?

But then I had second thoughts, because the RN12 (non pro) should arrive in my country soon-ish (Philippines) and it might be similarly priced, hopefully better spec-wise and will have longer term support. But looking at benchmarks, the SD 4 Gen 1 is just a tiny bit faster than SD 732G. The cameras on the Note 10 Pro seem superior (esp. having an ultrawide vs none). The only advantages for the Note 12 are battery life (6nm vs 8 nm SOC) and longer term support (maybe 1 Android version update more). I keep my phones for 4 years, and I’m still on Redmi Note 7 which has been superb, but recently feels a little laggy and freezes occasionally. I think that 8 GB RAM is a safer bet for the next 4 years, over 6 GB.
Your 4.5 stars for the redmi note 10 Pro makes me very happy be using the redmi note 10 Pro since it was released and the phone works like a champ just waiting for miui 14 hopefully soon

I've seen on GSMArena that the Indian(hopefully global) version of the Redmi Note 12 is different from the Chinese version. It has an extra camera, i.e., 8MP ultrawide
I ordered the phone and get the version with just 2 camera, this is the only review I see wit 2 camera, I hope I am not lacking anything apart from the ultra wide because I paid full price... And also I will like to know if they can use thesame case, since I can't find the one with 2 camera online

5G really has screwed the value for money proposition in smartphone industry. Compare this phone to Moto G82 5G This phone starts at ₹17,999 for 4+128 GB configuration and for ₹18,999 you could get Moto G82 5G which has a better processor, way better camera and a 10 Bit display while having that same 120Hz OLED tech.

Missing external card support. This is an essential feature as when mobile gets damaged whole data get lost. While with external card support we can make regular backup of data.
