Any operated valve will divert the oil from the bypass/carry over/P input of the next valve, to the cylinder being actuated and then towards Tank. So unless you feather the two valves carefully, the first one nearest to the pump will stop flow to the next ones.

If you activate a valve does this cut off oil pressure to the valves above it ? You can operate actuators above the valve you operate ?
