No, it'll be BANSHEE NORN :) Jk, Phenex is still decently strong at the midrange. Just those melee funnels tho, nothing like taking the wind out of your sails when they hit a wall. Probably gonna see a bunch of these again in the near future after this though. Great job as usual.
I think that 700 cost is ready for another Unicorn at this point tbh, the cost is matured enough with plenty of options and counterplay. Waiting patiently for them to decide to release Norn lol. Thanks for watching!
I just love this suit. I kinda wish it had a kit more akin to the anime tho. If was a Raid, it couldve had a heavy attack where it had the same animation like when it cut the Neo Zeongs beam in half.
Maybe that could be something like a Rita-use phenex without the use of beam cannons and the beam magnum in exchange for attacks like the narrative C-packs and not needing the psychoframe/NTD to be active for it.
I've always found this suit to be more situational than Unicorn. There are lots of maps i just don't like using it on since the shield attacks can bump against obstacles and cancel the whole attack. It has such a great keep away game that i never realized how great the melee attacks really are, either. Also I don't think I've ever hit a single suit with the dash attack either hahaha
I can see Phenex using Banshee Norn's DE and XC as well as adding Revolving Launcher to the beam magnum. Thus giving Phenex with more fire power of 3 DE with 2 DE's flying at enemies and 1 DE as a main shield.
I want Phenex so bad. I would've gotten it during that special supply drop back when they first added woundwart but I spent 60 tokens trying to get the complete pilot suit from Zeta. I would be bouncing off the walls if they added the Unicorn Perfectibility.
Wait, since when can the DE cannons fire consecutively without overheating or having a cooldown?? Is this new feature or am have I just never seen this?

In normal mode they don't instant stagger, but instead they can rapid fire. They also have less heat like this.
