I know right! That dustbin is my new love I swear. And the new style brushroll too. And idk now all the other robots with the tower look bulky to me lol.
Wow the 3D sensor is pretty cool, seems much better than a normal camera like in other robot vacuums. Also interesting to see the LiDAR sensor now being integrated into the body, rather than being on top.
Excellent review! Does the robot work if I don't allow the app access to the internet? I'm not a fan of having a detailed 3D model of my appartment on some cloudserver in China, which I asume would be the case as soon as there is an internet connection.
Which one should I choose, dreame l10 pro, 360 s10, or roborock s5 max, or maybe you have other options? I need it for my small house with a lot of moving and changing obstacles
Which robot would you recommend as slim (short) robot for hard floor/low pile rug ? Im looking for a robot to clean under chairs, sofa without bumping into them but still reaching the walls close enough and cleaning the corners. I dont consider self emptying models.
The best slim robot I have tested is the Xiaomi Mijia Robot Vacuum Mop Ultra Slim. Even tho it's short it does a good job as a vacuum. But the 360 S10 is a great option too. However, it costs more but that's what you pay for the hidden lidar and other extra features.
great review! at what water level did it clean the stains in your test, and does it have an option to change cleaning pattern when using it for wiping (like the S7) ? I would love to see a side by side video between the Roborock S7 and the 360 S10 ALSO, word of warning regarding Indiegogo funding campaigns - they hold zero responsibility if something goes wrong and you don't receive your order. it is always a risk when buying from them, even for a ready to ship product
Thank you! I used it on high water level and high suction mode. If you meant the Roborock S7 deep mopping mode, I haven't seen such an option in the 360 S10. However, it does clean criss-cross when you choose two cleaning cycles per zone/room. Probably I'll make a video comparison. Unfortunately, at the moment this model is only available on Indiegogo, probably it will be on Amazon when the crowdsourcing campaign will be finished. I didn't buy this robot vacuum on my own, the company sent me a sample for review. Worth mentioning, that 360 is not a new player on the market, there are a lot of reviews about their robot vacuums on Amazon. Of course, I would recommend checking the return policy, reviews, and everything before buying it.
@@anonylesss I was interested as well BUT 360 has rough customer service, it's based in China and a lot of time they will direct you back to the seller for support. If its the same price on Amazon they I could do it but via indigogo to many risks of an issue. Nice robot for under $500. I would love to see this head to head with the L10
Thank you! I can't say. I'm using a Roborock S6 MaxV as a main device but tend to use a Narwal as a mop or the latest yeedi as I do think it is a great value in terms of cleaning performance. For something cheaper maybe the Roborock S5 Max or the Dreame L10 Pro depending on what you are looking for. The 360 S10 is a great device too. So I don't really have a rank as all of them are good at something
If the internet is down (no wifi or no communication to the 360 server) can you use the button on the top of the robot to trigger a clean even when the app isn't working?
I am a bit biased to the Roborock S5 Max but both are great. There is no much of a difference between the two so it's really what you prefer. The 360 has one of the best software on the market, the Roborock is great by its customer service. You wouldn't regret any if you get one of those.
Nice one.. Question to Roborock S7: The small ridges in front of the rubber brush scratch the floor while driving? Make me worry that they could damage my soft PVC floor. What do you think about that?
I have such floors that it's hard to notice any scratches. These ridges seems like do touches the floor, I just not sure if they could damage the floor.
The 360 S10 is a pretty good robot vacuum, but I would not consider it as the best. It has its own pros and cons. I would choose the Roborock S7 as it has a much better mopping function with a vibrating mopping pad, an ability to automatically lift the mop on carpets, self-empty base support, more polished and user-friendly app, a large community on Facebook and Reddit, more spare parts available on the market, and probably better customer support. The S10 on the other hand can recognize and avoid objects like socks, cords, etc., I also like the dustbin design of the S10. If you have furniture with a gap lower than 10 cm, maybe this one can fit under it while the S7 will not able to fit because of the Lidar tower.
Maybe I'll make a dedicated comparison. Both have their own advantages. The Roborock S7 supports a self-empty base, has a vibrating mop (removes stains a bit better), can automatically raise the mop when detecting carpets. The 360 S10 on the other hand has a front 3D sensor, can recognize and avoid small objects that are lower than Lidar. It is also slimmer, so it can fit where the Roborock S7 can't. The 360 S7 has a larger water tank and dustbin and a bit more features in the app like round and custom no-go zones and special cleaning areas. In terms of vacuuming performance, I don't think there is a big difference between them, both are pretty good.
I really like that style of dustbin. I hate reaching in to pull hair out! Great work. I get much more from your videos when you speak. Top notch!
I know right! That dustbin is my new love I swear. And the new style brushroll too. And idk now all the other robots with the tower look bulky to me lol.

I know right. Feels frustrating not seeing the avoided objects on the map tho

This is the only informative review of the vacuum. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!

Finally the best review on youtube. 💪🍻 The cat is the best. 😁 P.S. You're talking a little too fast, slow down.😆😜
Thanks she IS the best 🐈⬛☺️
Wow i didnt even hear about this robot, looks super cool, thanks for the video. That app is full of features.
I know right! The app has lots of new things I've never seen before
Отличные обзоры! Спасибо. Единственное чего не хватает это замера мощности всасывания.
Слышен акцент у автора канала,уж больно русский.) Как думаете этот робот лучше чем Dreame bot L10 pro?
verry comprehensive and detailed review! I am looking forward to more robot reviews!Maybe Viomi S9 or Proscenic M8 Pro?
Thanks. Not going to reviews any of these anytime soon
360 team mentioned s10 automatically avoids the carpet when it's on mopping mode, did you test it? I think this is also a nice feature.
Yes, I talked about it in the video too

@@SmartRobotReviews there's no return policy on Indiegogo I'm afraid so it's always a risk . there is however, a one year warranty

Yes, it works without wifi connection, just by pressing the button on the robot..
Thank you so much! I couldn't find a clear answer for this.
Hello, I am writing from Turkey. Would you recommend 360 s9 or roborock s5 max?

L10 vs S10 navigation showdown
I'm planning to make a quick obstacle avoidance comparison with the 360 S10, Dreame L10, and Roborock S6 MaxV.

@@SmartRobotReviews Thanks for your feedback, I'm still unsure.
But the Dream W10 also looks very interesting.
Yeah, would be great to test it. I hear also about the Dreame Bot Z10 Pro which should be launched later this year.
do you consider the 360 as the best robot you ever tested ? , what do you think about roborock 7 ? is it better ? if so why ?
The 360 S10 is a pretty good robot vacuum, but I would not consider it as the best. It has its own pros and cons. How can I change the language to my 360 robot S10. It speaks Japanese and I don't understand a word 😕
There should be voice package option in the Toolbox menu.
In comparison with roborock s7?

@@SmartRobotReviews yeah! Cant wait for a detailed comparison video
Good review! I Hope Roborock can implement 3D Mapping. The Deebot T9 has 3D Mapping as well.
I didn't know the Deebot does! It looks really cool like we're living the future 😊
@@SmartRobotReviews yeah! I'm guessing Roborock will do the same thing in the future.
You say so quicky. Hard to watch for people with bad english.
Oh, lesson learned for this video, you can adjust speed playback as a solution 😉
