    29:35 "Non-crazy is to be in touch with reality." That's very good, this non-crazy is what I translate the Pali word appamada. Mada means madness, appamada is non-madness. Sadhu.

    An interesting question: if you move your attention . . . is that no longer "sitting still" (?)
