ever since i read the title, i've spent 10 minutes making every place in genshin end in -ussy there's enkanomussy, inazoomussy, dragonspinussy, sumerussy and who can forget mondstadussy and liyussy 🥰
fr. i don't know why some people get so annoyed/bored with the quests. It's how the game works and it's supposed to be fun. it shouldn't feel like a chore to fight monsters, read storylines, and do puzzles, but some people, like Jake in this video, act like it is. I guess it's mostly players who have been playing for a while who just get bored of the repetition. hopefully jake has fun with the rest of the update tho.
Yes I agree, genshin impact as a game revolves around a story that we actually learn as we explore teyvat. I think this is why many players easily experience burn out cuz they just speed through the quests in like one sitting to get to combat that barely lasts 5 minutes.

Yep basically you meeting Dain is literally the last part of Chasm Quest. The world quest is part of Archon quest too since it explains a lot. Tbh the others ones too like Xamaran, Uncle He, Fatui quest, etc. It's understandable if u rush it but I'd rather have a knowledge of what's going on go deep into lore right? It is a story-telling game with a LOT of dialogues and yet you're you just ignored all of it kinda shitty on the ideas of the team who made it and to those who actually like the whole concept. Since it is literally the purpose of the game much better going with that than without knowing anything and just there cuz pull,primos,5* that u want. I do want it too but with all as in the whole thing in the game. Much better knowing all the things so u can talk to others who knows it and expand your ideas than nothing. The story in this game is simple but meaningful so you're missing out a bruh if ur not focusing on it, literally a lot of amazing stuffs that u didn't know F to u. Unlike in Moba, I literally started late in going with lore since Im just there to rank-win-lose-skins.

I think it's not bad that you need to complete a part of the main world quest of the chasm before starting archon quest. With some other archon quests the situation is different: you reexplore the world after you had done it without a quest, but now with Dain, or they just not connected to the story of the region straightly: they are kinda like separated from another things in the open world. This archon quest is included in our process of exploring the chasm, just maybe in not the best way. And it's cool: it helps you to dive into the story and lore and to feel the atmosphere. Also in my opinion, everything feels much more interesting and exiting when you visit and explore the new areas for the first time.
As of today I have 95% exploration in the chasm and the light stone thingy is level 10. I love The Chasm. Maybe it’s because of the light stone, if they add that to Enkanomiya as well, perhaps then I would give Enkanomiya a chance.
I hope I wasn't the only that did the world quests as soon as the exclamation point is near me on the map. Watched Tuonto and Moga, they both just tried to jump straight into the Chasmussy
I actually don’t mind finish exploring the chasm first and then do the archon quest. And this is probably the first time I actually read all the dialogues and pay attention. Also now I don’t wanna kill Hilichurls anymore :(

What's funny to me is that I did all the other quests first because I was trying to find black serpent knights for Ayato's weapon. I was able to jump straight into the archon quest without even realizing that what I has done was actually required.
Late reply but that's honestly how they designed it lol. It was suppose to be a natural progression to the archon quest but some people ONLY care about archon quest lol!
