I agree with the other folks suggesting that the Japanese forge needs to be christened with a Japanese blade. Doesn't need to be big, even a little tanto would be fine. But obviously bigger would be better.

Could you guys make a fencing sword or whatever it's called from the 1700-1800s, for more technical dueling? I'm not sure if I'm describing it correctly, but I have the kind of dueling from the mask of zoro movies in mind, a thin fencing sword. Would love to see one made.

I hate coming across as a besserwisser here, but surely you meant that this mighty fine forge you built here is a side blast forge, and not a side draft forge? As for what have seen, the draft refers to the suction caused by the chimney and hood, which helps suck the smoke out, and the blast refers to the blast of air coming from the tuyere, fueling the hearth. Just wanting to make sure the terminology stays true here, I enjoyed the video!

    Hi guys,
Another great build and video, well done. Now here's what I've been giving you as a challenge on many of your other videos as a suggestion for one heck of a bad ass Viking battle axe that no other can rival it.
The Thor axe *"JARNBJORN"* built out of heat treated and tempered "Titanium". Why Titanium you ask, because it's the only material that can do this axe justice. Plus it would make an incredible collector's piece, a one of a kind with no rival. The most bad ass axe ever produced. What say you, up for the challenge?
P.S I guess you could make it out of 5160 but in doing so, you take away exclusivity of a Titanium version because you'll have hundreds of copycats making them because it's much easier to use 5160 than Titanium. A titanium version vs any other steel would make it a one of a kind as I don't think they'll be many copycats willing to put in the work of a Titanium versions. Yes I know that Titanium is very expensive and incredibly had to work with, hence why it would be so bad ass and one of a kind that you could easily ask whatever you want for it, since there's none out there to compare it with.
*"HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE DUE TO EXCLUSIVITY"* are the key words!!

If you look closely in the clip where Ilya is preparing the forge walls (the bricks), there's a tuyere (in the form of a tube) built into one of the bricks, leading from the forge to the bellows itself. Not sure how the double action part of it works, unfortunately, but you can see that it definitely works

So I've been curious of a certain sword for a while now. In the book series the Riyria Revelations, one of the main characters, Hadrian Blackwater, carries a "Knight's Spadone" and I have looked for example pictures of said sword for a while, but no one depicts it like a Spanish spadona and from the description in the books and such, it resembles a large, two handed sword, very well balanced and compares to Aragorn's Anduril... has to carry it across his back its so large. Most pictures though, show its like a bastard sword... which, since Hadrian also carries a Bastard sword... would be a bit redundant. Any chance you guys could create Hadrian's Spadone. would be cool to see it come to life?
