I try to train like both an amateur and a professional at the same time.
Like training to be explosive in early rounds like an amateur but also training to have high stamina and endurance for later rounds like a professional

Hey Coach! Should you keep your wrist straight or slightly bent when you're throwing a right hook or any other punch?

You should go to a local boxing gym and train and ask a coach you train with and not niggas on the internet like a dork.

Hey coach, I agree a lot on everything u said, but when u talk About, coming with only 15 to 10% fat, do u think that it's a truth for everyone in boxing ? (When I see Tyson Fury, I dont really know what to think rn)

oach , I made my pro boxing debut a few months ago , since then I've upped my training ...I used to run early in the morning (10-15 km depending on the day but no lesser than that) but the thing is after that , I would get sleepy and i would feel the sleepiness in the evening when i go the gym to train again ..
So now instead of running in the morning I just run before going to the gym ..for example if my boxing gym session starts at 7.00 pm , I will get out of my home at 4.30 pm run 10-15 kms and reach the gym at 6.30 then do some relaxed stretching ..Obviously, after all this running , I dont really need to do the warmup session with he other guys in the gym ...ive been doing this routine for 2 months now and I feel a lot better ..My cardio has DRASTICALLY improved , I can go 10 -12 whatever rounds sparring with the guys while the others are tired even after all that running...also no more sleepiness issues like before ..thing is as a coach , is it recommended ???I do this 6 days a week and on Sundays , I sometimes either run or dont
