My back is quite sensitive to what I hear and react to; sound is something I'm most reactive to in general, especially with music and horror movies.
So ASMR can either be really relaxing and soothe my spine or I feel threatened or uncomfortable and my back tenses up and stretching apart at the same time, similar to the feeling of jumping in fear or the pain I felt from a lumbar puncture way back when
I was starting to fall asleep THEN the ASMR came on 😩
But the the Shakira part came and i woke up two days later
