Nice video! Cascade is one of the hotels I'm considering. How did you like the location/proximity to old town? Was it possible to walk anywhere or did you need to drive? We will have a car but we do like to walk, as well. Thank you.

Thank you! We really loved the hotel! The location is near the beach and you can walk to town in about 20 minutes. There is also bolt which is like Uber and it’ll only cost like $3/4 to get anywhere in Lagos. There is parking near old town as well. We mostly drove just because we were only there for two days. Also parking is free at the hotel. I hope you enjoy your trip!

Hi, would you recommend lagos as a solo trip? Was debating here or Albufeira

Yes. I would definitely do Lagos solo. There’s lots of outdoor things really close to town that would be great to explore alone. Also many options for group trips and tours if you’re looking to meet people. I also saw flyers for dancing and other activities on the weekend. I hope you enjoy!

Hi, is that typically what the beaches look like? Because I gotta be honest they look kind of shitty. My wife wants to visit next year but I’m on the fence

The beaches were actually pretty nice. I think we just had bad weather and in the warmer months there isn’t as much seaweed on the beach. We didn’t make it to some of the nicer ones either because of the seasoning wasn’t our focus but I do think it would be a nice place for a beach vacation.

Dear sweet friends the slaves did not come to Portugal to be sent to Brazil then😂. They were sent directly to Brazil and wherelse..The ones who had been here in Portugal those times were been integrated along along the time.
